I just love Cindy N Berthelot, MD. She is nice, patient, quick and efficient. She really listens and keeps little tidbits about you on file so she can be personable.

She’s an amazing doctor. She makes me feel so special. Like I’m her favorite patient- and she’s genuinely happy to see me. But I’m sure she makes everyone feel like they’re her favorite because she’s just so terrific! Dr. B and her staff are the best!

Love Dr. B! She sees my entire family and bridge club. When I researched for a new derm on Next Door, her name kept coming up. Whenever I make an appointment, it's with her, and not some doc trying to push expensive cosmetic procedures on me, and not a Pa or nurse. She's kind, compassionate and patient. Her office staff are amazing, and have been with her for many years. The lack of turnover speaks volumes about Dr. B. She doesn't blow off my questions, she's smart, and the best in Houston.

I have been looking for a dermatologist that I felt comfortable with and trusted, I visited Dr. Berthelot this morning for a routine visit and to look at a spot on my face that had flared up and had me concern. First her staff was very friendly and my wait was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Berthelot came in was very professional and pleasant, she asked me about my concerns and gave me a check over then proceeded to look at the spot on my face and gave me some options. I felt as she did, that it should be biopsied, now I'm no chicken but needles and cutting is not on my bucket list, but she explained what she was going to do and proceeded. When she was done, I asked her when she was going to cut off the spot and she said that she already had. I never felt a thing, I highly recommend her and I believe I have found my dermatologist.

There is nothing better than having a wonderful doctor such as Dr. Cindy Berthelot. I have visited her on multiple occasions due to a recent basketball injury where I had sliced open my knee. Not only was Dr. Berthelot able to stitch my knee up, but she continuously followed up on my recovery to make sure it was healing correctly. I would highly recommend Dr. Berthelot to anyone looking for a dermatologist that is very passionate about what they do as well as caring for their patients.

I visited Dr. Berthelot for acne treatment. Unlike other dermatologists I've been to, Dr. Berthelot took time to listen and explained various treatment options. I felt she was compassionate and that she was genuine in her concern and want to help me. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Scheduling was a breeze. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist!
