Dr. Cindy Alicia Greenberg

Dr. Greenberg seems like a very seasoned dermatologist, however, it took over an hour past my appointment time to visit with her. The appointment was rushed and she and her staff had no regard for my time.

Dr. Greenberg was friendly and knowledgeable,but unfortunately I will not return to her practice.She wrote my daughter's prescription as "brand, medically necessary."Okay.My insurance required a prior authorization before the presc. was filled. My insurance faxed the form over.It was never returned.I called and spoke to nurse Merna who first, informed me that they did not receive the fax, then began to tell me how they do not submit prior authorizations and that I needed to use the Medicis Mail Order system (a pamphlet they gave me) to fill the presc.What a pain, mostly because my insurance would pay for it as long as they would give me an authorization for the medication that they prescribed. Not to mention that my insurance co-pay would be the same amount that Medicis Mail Order would charge me. So many dermatologist offices have turned into beauty spas. They tried to sell me a $150 Clairsonic cleansing brush and other skin care products. I thought that preteen acne was a… medical condition, that is why we were seeing an M.D. It's unfortunate.

This Dr. Greenberg was highly reccommended and I really love her.. She has taken care of me and my family for a very long time and I would highly reccommend her.... She is the best Dr. I've ever been too... I also love her nurse that has been with her for a long time... Can't remember her name, but blonde and has been there for at least 15 years.

I met Dr. Greenberg after I had been diagnosed with melanoma and went through successful treatment at M. D. Anderson. As part of my continued health, I visit Dr. Greenberg twice a year to make sure my skin is cancer-free. She came highly recommended and has taken excellent care of me. She is so wonderful that I also take my 2 daughters to see her now too!

I brought my 5 year old son in to see Dr. Greenberg, because he has a red spot on his face that seems to fade and come back. It has been a couple of months. My husband suggested I bring him to a dermatologist and a friend of mine mentioned that it looked like a staph infection. Also, a friend of mines son was recently diagnosed with lymphoma cancer, so I'm a bit paranoid. Dr. Greenberg diagnosed it and said she didn't recommend painful treatment, since his condition is asymptomatic and may resolve on its own. I agree completely with this. Sigh of relief.However, Dr. Greenberg went on to say something like, "Let's be honest... the only reason he is here is because you aren't happy with the way it looks." She couldn't be further off base... I mean seriously??? How rude of her to assume that I was just there because of superficial reasons. I will never go back to Dr. Greenberg and I do not recommend her. Dr. Cindy Greenberg is incredibly rude, abrasive and uncaring.

She's the greatest! She is so quick to figure out what is wrong and my face and skin look fantastic thanks to her help. I'm almost 60, but people stop me on the street to comment on how nice my skin looks. I felt a little apprehensive at first about her office staff, but they're actually just very calmly professional. They're all very nice.

I visited Dr. Greenberg only once and I will never go back again. She literally spent 5 minutes with me, prescribed a face lotion and left. I payed a lot of money and many of my questions remained unanswered.

My family have been seeing Dr. Greenberg for several years now and she has always been professional. My kids love her and I trust her opinion. I will not see anyone else.

worse doctors office i've ever been too!! Dont even know where to begin, to explain my awful experience at that office!
