Dr. Zughbi overcharged tried to overcharge my insurance. When I called her out on it, I received a letter saying I could no longer be her patient. Do NOT go to her.

I have been looking to see . where Dr. Zugby went. I was told that my records would be sent to her. When I asked where she was they told me that they didn't know. How can they send my reports if they don't know where she is. She is an exceptional person & Dr. Why can't we find her? I know many others who would like to stay as her patient.

She went above and beyond. Helped me to get to the right specialists when no other doctor would take the time. I was diagnosed with cancer and without her I may have not been treated in time.

Why won't anyone let us know where SHE went? I don't want anyone else there. Only her!!!

A misunderstanding with her staff and a request for her to call me back ( of which she never did) resulted in Dr. Zughby banning me from her practice. I did not know this until I called to make an appointment. I was shocked. Needless to say - poor communication.
