Dr. Claire D. Kolensky, MD

RUN!!! If I could give this Dr. 0-stars, I would. As the one in the practice who was on call, I was FORCED to interact with this unprofessional, ignorant, unethical doctor. I was having trouble with refilling a rescue inhaler all day, and when I called to follow up then office was closed. Unfortunately, Claire was the one to return my call. In our conversation, her arrogance and lack of people skills were utterly disgusting. Being told by an on-call DOCTOR, "I don't have time to help you," "I'm being paged all night over nonsense," and "just call back during regular business hours," is truly the epitome of neglect. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR, unless you want to be treated like garbage by her condescending, high-horse attitude. With THAT bedside manner, I'm shocked that she was even able to get a license or have recurring patients, for that matter.

I have been with Dr. Kolensky for 18 1/2 years and I simply will not go to another Dr. She is thorough, kind,communicative, informational and caring. She keeps a close eye on my medical issues, takes the time to inform me, and answers all my questions. She is excellent in every way. Donna L. Allen

Dr. Kolensky is a very caring, competent doctor. She is an absolute pleasure to partner with on my healthcare. My case is very complex yet, she tackled my medical problems with a positive attitude, while considering all of my medical issues as a whole and I can really appreciate that. I was not happy with some of the staff when her location was across from Mather Hospital but, now since her and her team have relocated, I believe the associated problems with them have been resolved. I was covered in poisen ivy recently and she saw me right away. She knows her stuff and delivers her care with excellent bedside manner. If you are looking for a doctor, I would reccomend her.

My mother called the doctors office due to a UTI in the morning and left a message to call back. I called at 4pm and was told they would send in a prescription or call back if there was an issue. No call back and went to CVS and no one called it in. I called the doctor's office back at 6pm and doctor left for they day. Totally useless. They let an 87 year old woman suffer.

Doctors are great - the new support staff are great. The ones who are there the longest complain and give inaccurate info. When you hire your doctor, you deal with their back office. Good luck.

I feel very comfortable seeing Dr Koch... She is wonderufl and very caring...follows up on treatment.

The reason why there is no wait time-no patients. This pratice actually CHARGES you to have papers filled out & signed by the doctors, even if its a prescription. Yes, that's right, you get charged, and they do not care. Go Somewhere else. There are hundreds of other doctors to see.

No patients. Empty office. Staff is nasty. They actually charge you to fill out paperwork & prescriptions. They tell you to cone in to have things ...
