Dr. Claude David Borowsky, MD

I use 2 of the docs and this practice. Dr. Borowsky had done a few injections on my back. He has done 3 RFA treatments and the 3rd was the charm, I have had a good 5 months of much less pain. I will go back for another RFA treatment as soon as I can get in, it is time. Dr.Borowsky is the only doc I would let do this procedure on me.

was dumped on this guy when Dr Park had no opening, staff rude and lied about the need for pre authorization when insurance verified it did not for the procedure and jerked around to get an appointment . Person working supposedly dealing with insurance was suppose to call back and later I find out she's been away since the 29th

After reading all the reviews here I was scared to go to Dr borowski. I was very pleased with him. He was patient and listened to my needs. I found him very pleasant and kind. I'd recommend him to anyone

I wish I had seen these reviews before visiting Dr. Borowsky. I went to him for body pain as I had been through severe trauma. I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room and then when I did get in the room, he began acting very oddly and panicky and said some very odd things. He made me feel so uncomfortable that I left in tears after 5 minutes. He never had any right to have input in my care or charge my insurance considering I stormed out of the appointment within a few minutes. Yet he called and spoke to one of my doctors without any authorization from me and proceeded to write a two page diagnosis up that was so far off from the truth and not even in his realm of medical practice. This doctor is a creep and I highly advise anyone looking for truthful answers to their health to never ever go to him. He does not even deserve to hold a medical license or to be practicing in his field whatsoever. This guy has serious issues and needs to see a psychiatrist himself.

Saw this doc for over 2 yrs- didn't get scripts on time (narcotics) and had to often call his on-call docs for THEM to call in something to last me a few days thanks to this doc lacking in his job! Can't tell you how many times I ended up in ER withdrawing because he never signed my prescription (despite I called it in the WEEK BEFORE)! I finally had enough and ended my time at his office. The staff was great, loved the location, got friendly with the people there, but just couldn't seem to get an understanding with this doc. I asked for procedures for my disc herniations, my nerve damage, etc, and heard more about HIS own PERSONAL neck pain and issues than him listening to my problems...get your own doc man! I'm paying my co-pay for you to hear me...and I don't want meds- I am a 39 year old man that wants to be healed for my family and work! Therapy didn't work, and so I got a neurosurgeon, when my neurosurgeon called dr borowski up and asked him why I didn't get any kind of… treatments other than narcotics and a few heat therapy sessions, because I can benefit from surgery and this can all be better, and dr borowski said I went against his contract somehow and sent me a letter saying find another clinic, tapered me off my meds in a month, and sent me away. I never did anything wrong other than see a new dr! I now had surgery, feel great! It's been a few years, I'm glad I don't take narcotics, they are awful! And my life is back on track. I healed in a year and I'm good as new. I don't recommend this doc! He is shady and WILL make you suffer and withdraw from your meds! You will have to look like an idiot at the ER (like a drug seeker) when he decides not to send in your prescription! He's negligent! I can't believe he's still even working there. He's a snake. God will get him someday. Hope I helped a patient that may be looking for a pain dr.... Dr Fuller is AWESOME and in the same clinic. See him instead. He filled my meds when my own doc neglected me 16 times in 2 years...

Always seemed anxious to leave the room. Did not offer pain medication until he was asked for a prescription. Did not want to talk to spouse after doing a procedure to let him know what was done and what to expect. Not an optimal way to practice medicine!!!
