Trying get my records transferred no one is answering

Dr. Gruesbeck is rolling over in his grave. The group that has taken over does not care about patients. He was a good doctor, who provided good diagnosis. The new group is disorganized. They don't have anyone answering phones for his service never gives messages to anyone. This is the Walzem office. They have Maria and Eva, who really seem to care. That's it.

That dr guesbeck was mean and rude he actully told me my broken prosthetic leg " THATS LIFE" "WELL YOU BEING OLD IS LIFE AND YOU DEAD IS LIFE TOO"

My experience with Walzem Clinic is so depressing. How clinic staff do not answer phones, everyone leaves for lunch at 12pm. to 100pm.Most of staff are rude except for Eva and Maria they try to help but can only do so much to pick up slack from other techs. I will stop taking my kids and transfer to other Dr. asap. Do your self and your kids a favor find other Dr. and clinic. I would fire all staff minus a couple . Sadly this clinic is a joke.

I take prescribed monthly medications. I am required to come in every month because it’s a controlled substance. Every month I have an appointment, I have to wait over an hour. When I finally do see him it takes less than 5 minutes for him to see me. Also he has cancelled my appointments on numerous occasions because he has something else or doesn’t want to stay that late. When I try to reschedule they want me to only come in the morning. I work and can not come earlier than 3:30. Then when I asked to go to a different location they said I can’t be seen at his other locations and that only the Dr can refill my prescription.

I'm been going to this doctor for 5 years. I want to clarify something it's a walk in clinic and you can also schedule your appointment with the doctor. Now I'm reading all this negative comments. Lot of it is not true. Let me tell you why. They are always going to see the schedule appointments first and walk on are on as you come on but you are told it may be up to a three hour wait because the schedule appointments come first. Second thing is in order to see dr gruesbeck at this location you have to schedule your appointments with him on Tuesdays because he has other days to different locations he goes too other week days.now they do not take forever to give you a referral because gabby does those and let me tell you she is on top of it. She gets them done fast right there in front of you. You just have to be patient with her she will get it done .Ruby is always going to do your blood work and they check it right then and there so you will know if your sugar is high and have your… numbers ready when you see the doctor. And too it can save your life by getting it check. Another thing dr gruesbeck assistant Vanessa shes great she makes sure everything is documented on your chart. .Thev Physician Assistant who is the PA his name is Hetler hes also great. They are not pain medication doctors therefore your giving a referral to see a pain medication doctor for those of you who dont know how that works. You have to have insurance or pay out of pocket too see a specialist doctor and if you don't have insurance I advised you to get it because its the way of the world and that's anywhere you go because it can get pricey and they do not scam the insurance or Medicaid they are very honest on how they code to bill the insurance because doctors offices get audited let me tell you why I know all this because I use to not have insurance and I did a walk in and I paid the 75 dollar visit and then found out I couldn't see a specialist cause I had no insurance. Bottom line I got myself medical insurance because its important to have i work and theres lots of insurance carriers out there when it's open enrollment and they go by your income and it's less than 150 for adults and that's a month. Worth paying so woth it . I got it together I got my insurance I make sure my appointments are scheduled and I get it scheduled the day dr gruesbeck is in the office for that week then gabby gives me my referral I'm very happy with the doctor because hes does stay with you for a good 20 minutes or 25 minutes with you and he does listen to what's wrong with you and let me tell you hes on point with diagnosing you. People get health insurance it's not that expensive when there is programs that help you and you have to be the one too look into it not the doctor or his staff and they are not pain medication doctors YOU HAVE TO GET S REFERRAL FOR THAT AND HAVE INSURANCE NOT EVEN THE EMERGENCY ROOM PRESCRIBES PAIN MEDS NO MORE. The staff here and especially the doctor they know what they are doing I have no complaints at all. I just want you to know how it works I hope this helps you understand more. I'm not putting anyone down but I just want you to know how it works. Because thanks to my doctors and his staff I now see 5 specialist doctors and I'm very happy with them a I really hope this helps you all.

I read a 2016 review about Dr. Grosbeck. The person says in that review that Dr. Grosbeck has a great sense of humor… I don’t go Into a doctors office for a sense of humor I go in there to get a diagnosis. Didn’t like the doctor. Now his staff, PAs, MPs have been good. With the exception of some referrals not being faxed to the appropriate places/doctors on time. Other than that enter at own risk.

Never have I ever had a doctor ignore what I had to say. I’ve been With this Dr. as my PCP for about seven months and just met the actual doctor. I’ve been seen by different PA’s NP’s but never Dr. Gruesbeck. Now I know why doctors have so much money.… They rush through a visit And don’t even listen to what you have to say about how you’re feeling. And then they tell you to set up another appointment... it doesn’t matter if you have Medicaid Medicare private insurance or pay cash they’re still making money, having you come back over and over again and still the problem exists. .I’ve been waiting for seven months for some medical equipment that I needed them to approve, and guess what?I’m still waiting.

The office resembles an old DMV. The office staff is rude and awful. There's people packed in there like ten people go with each person who has an appointment. The doctor doesn't even see you, he sends a nurse. They don't have a filing system. Your patient paperwork will be thrown in the floor, the disgusting muddy floor. I could go on, it's just so bad You are worth more than this

We used to go to the cable Ranch location. Don't take off work for a early appointment nor take your children out of school because you will not get out of there until noon. You better cancel your day!! Dr. Pena definitely needs to retire
