Never got a visit because scheduler was rude, talked over me and refused to respond to my questions

He is truly a lifesaver. I 1995 he saved my life. Ever since he’s been my doctor and he has always been very kind & compassionate and most of all he’s got me to the point where I’m thriving and healthy.

Don't believe this doctor brags about how good he was with AIDS project when he ran the Palm springs made project he brags about it and now he says the people who run it and operate it and work their don't know what they're doing they're not experienced and it's all chaosthey're .I find this man to be very unhinged he has a temper that you would not believe he'll attack you with his foul mouth he can get very violent with his mouth this man is not in his right mind he come down hens like you would not believe . He will now won't admit from his mistakes he will make you look bad and he will attack you if you say anything negative to him I never been treated by any doctor in my life so horrible so on experience and all he does is talk bad about other doctors and other places as if he's the only good doctor out here in the valley wrong stay away this is my opinion only my opinion and from my experience seeing this doctor I would not recommend him to somebody that's already in a grave I… have a right to post my opinion they want to know I'm giving you my opinion doesn't mean nobody has to believe what I'm saying they'll find out on their own I hope they don't I would not go there if it was me and I'll never go there again the staff is very nice never had a problem always smiling always sweet but the doctor he's got issues

Beware of this doctor he makes remarks that he ran the AIDS project herein Palm springs and he says now they don't even know how to run the place because he left and nobody knows what they're doing and the doctors are not experienced. He says that's why he left the place and went into his own practice well my opinion and only my opinion this man does not know his medicines he's not up on them he acts like he's all intelligent he's not he doesn't know what he's doing he's a very rude nasty doctor that can come unhinged and make remarks and call you names and get very violent with his mouth I guess he comes to work from my experience whatever is happening in his life he brings his problems to work and takes it out on his patients I've never had any doctor in my entire life and this is not exaggerating this man I'm surprised he still has his license and that's my opinion and only in my opinion as a patient and I will never ever be a patient of his I'm just saying my opinion and you can… read the other opinions that are negative about this guy believe me take your health somewhere elseI would not even want to give this man leaving one star he's the worst doctor I've ever had and probably will ever have

He is excellent and caring and SMART!

I have been to several different providers in the past for my medical care and Dr. Barbour by far exceeded my expectations. He took the time necessary to get to know me and my medical problems and discuss options for care. He is thoroughly knowledgeable in the field of HIV care and has an excellent bedside manner.
