In the past Dr. Finch was extremely helpful to my husband who has ALZ and myself. However, this last appointment he didn't respond to the concern I had of my husband falling and being found weak, over-heated and very confused and his lack of energy and confusion since then. I couldn't ask specific questions as my husband was there and would have been upset, I had expected Dr. Finch to respond in more detail when I explained the scenario of what happened. Hence my lower rating for this appointment. I do know Dr. Finch is leaving the practice so I am hoping my husbands new neurologist at this clinic will be more responsive to what I have to say about my husband.

My experiences with this provider have always been good: helpful and reassuring. I was disappointed to learn that he will be changing his practice in the coming year, but I am confident that if I should need an in-network Providence provider in his specialty in the future, I will again be able to find an appropriate and well-qualified referral.
