Dr. Colleen Marie Reisz, MD

Dr. Reisz has been one of the few dermatologist who has taken my unique case seriously and considered all of my personal factors. She has taken time to think of treatment options outside of the normal routes due to my special circumstances. I have not found another dermatologist that is as thoughtful and willing to put in the effort to help me recover fully. The nurses are also always helpful when I call and quick to ask Dr. Reisz if need be.

I read some insulting reviews and I thought who were these women that cant be my dr reisz when i come up with something new this is were we come and this is here we gol I guess these complainers love to thing the onl y person there. want a dr that they us r=the only person in the office. My dr finds out is doing somethig bad to m y skin I want a dr like reisz who does not cry with me and what can I do. I let her look the situation and rhis is what we will do. 100 %

After a couple of years with this doctor I am pleased to leave this practice. I have put up with the rudeness & dysfunction from the front office but the last straw was Dr. Reisz telling me I could have spit out what I had to say in three simple sentences.” I wasn’t there asking for a friend to listen to my story BUT what I do expect is for a doctor to have compassion and empathy. She does not care about the patient. Her main goal appears to get done with you quickly so she can hurry to the next room. She did not get to the bottom of my skin problem nor gave great advice. My new doctor got me in within a week & I did not have to wait three months like I experienced at MMS. I feel a partnership with my new doctor and we have formed a plan towards resolution. That does not happen with Dr. Reisz.

WENT TO SEE HER ABOUT A SKIN CONDICTION I HAVE, HAVE NEVER BEFORE FELTLIKE A DR DIDNT CARE OR DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR MY ISSUES UNTIL I MET THIS DOCTOR. FELT LIKE CATTLE BEING PRODED IN FOR SLOUGHTER, GAVE ME MAY BE 5 MIN OF HER TIME, NO COURSE OF ACTION TO TAKE AND EVEN HAD A NURSE TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR TO LET HER KNOW MY TIME WAS UP. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MY HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS DOESNT COUNT FOR SHE IS ALWAYS AT LEAST AN HOUR LATE

I really liked Dr. Reisz. She was a very friendly but very professional. She put me at ease right away and the ease of getting in to see her was very important to me. She came very highly recommended from my brother and his wife and I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends

Very dysfunctional office from the front desk clear back to the doctor!!!

Dr Reisz was amazing! The staff I have had to talk to though were the absolute worst ever. I'm not exaggerating. Tammy is off the charts the worst. It is beyond me to have someone in a setting such as this be so rude. They really need to either clean house and bring better individuals in or discipline those who are making it a bad environment. Loved dr Reisz but am considering a different derm so I don't have to tolerate how I have been treated anymore. It shouldn't take 2 wks to get a call back and when you call to follow up you shouldn't have to jump through hoops or let someone talk to you like that when you're a paying patient!

Excellent doctor, HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF! Front desk staff is rude and vindictive. Wait times unacceptable.

This doctor has a four month wait to get in--even when I needed to see her about possible skin cancer. When I finally got the appointment, she came in, looked at all my moles, then told me to come back in two years. No questions, no consideration. The only good thing about this doctor is that she is extremely attractive and has wonderful skin, so she's a great advertisement for her own services.
