I Love Dr. Ball,, she’s very friendly and fast,, she will spend time answering questions and listening.

Feel rushed during appt. Asks what medications do you want? Does not do a thorough exam. Receptionist extremely rude, overheard her talking about another patient by name to the Dr stating she didn't have time to listen to her complain and what did she want her to do about the patient. My daughter tried calling office for an appt for a physical for a new job and office did not answer phone on two separate occasions. Daughter eventually went to urgent care for employment physical. Refused to give my daughter a copy of her shot record stating the dr had not signed off on it even though it was documented in her medical chart a year previous stating she needed to make an appt to be seen. After informing receptionist this was documented in her medical record receptionist then stated my daughter needed to call her and set up an appt to be seen and then hung up on me. If you forget a prescription you need to schedule another appt even if you call back that same day. It's apparent this… office is only in it for the money. Receptionist definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Not sure why this physician would want someone so angry being the first person her patients come in contact with. Does not hesitate to yell at patients on the phone. HIPPA violations left and right at this office. If you like your medical information kept private I would not go to this office. Physician only works 1/2 days and comes into the office at least 20-30 minutes late.

Listens but not concerned. Talks about patients charts in the presences of other staff and within hearing distance of other patients. Shows up to office late. Cancels appointments spare moment, ALWAYS having to reschedule. Never same nurse twice, staff pleasant depending on weather and day.

The office manager/receptionist is an incompetent rude witch!

I have never meet a more rude receptionist in my life.. I have known her to hang up on a pharmacy, grumpy, Refuses to take messages. It is hard to make an appointment when the doctor is seldom there.

Receptionists were very unpleasant. Not friendly at all. Made me feel like I was just a number. They also asked me personal questions like what medication I'm taking before I even set up an appointment. I have never had a receptionist ask me that. Dr. Ball didn't do regular check ups on people my age. She told me that she just deals with my own concerns. Well, I hope nothing is wrong with me that I didn't know about. She listened to my heart beat and that was it. I even mentioned concern about some moles and you'd think she would at least look at them since I was right in front of her....NOPE. After I mentioned my first concern I was having, she closed her book making me feel rushed like she was about to walk out. Honestly, I felt like she was a human version of a Google search. Everything she told me, I found online while I didn't have insurance. Am I supposed to healthy if I'm my age? I can't believe she wouldn't just do a normal check up. Not everything is easily spotted by… someone. That's what drs are for. I also had blood work done by a very nice nurse, but she was very unknowledgable. She didn't know what one of the codes stood for on my chart so she had to ask me what I was being tested for. I embarrassingly was forced to say it out loud to her in the small room that had the door open. I then watched as she looked up in a book how to do the blood work. I was told I'd get results on a certain day. I waited two days after that and called and was told it normally took a week. I was given false information and then I was called about about an hour later saying they had my test results. No one likes going to the Dr. Why make it more unpleasant and uncomfortable than it has to be? It was just a waste of my time. I almost didn't show up because of the way the receptionists were over the phone. But for some reason I still did. Back to finding a new Dr. I won't be returning.

When I first started as a patient I was recovering from chemo and was experiencing low blood counts. She never had me sit in a waiting room with sick people. I was in and out quickly to limit any exposure. Dr. Ball is a rare doctor because she really listens to you and has never had a predetermined illness. The times I thought I knew I was right she saw something different and I have to say she was 100% correct in every diagnoses. Best doctor I've ever had!
