Dr. Connie Francis Gibstine, MD

I have had a great experience with Dr. Gibstine! She accurately diagnosed and cured a very annoying fungal infection on my hands and feet. She also gives me a very thorough skin cancer screening exam each year which is very important to me because I work outside for about half of the year. Great doctor!

I had a growth in the middle of my back. It was there a year ago and got infected and returned within the past month. I was looking for a dermatologist to advise me how to handle this. Dr. Gibstine's office was well managed, well organized. I saw her quickly. She immediately told me what it was, options for handling it and when I chose to have it removed, she did so immediately! I was so surprised that she would do the procedure the same day. She explain what would be involved and it went off as advertised. I was in and out in 15 min.! Highly recommend her!

Clinically she is excellent and she also tries to do the right thing in the charging for services.

I have been going to Dr. Gibstine for over 20 years and I must say she is an outstanding doctor with an incredibly vast array of knowledge coupled with a kind honest caring demeanor. I wish all my doctors were half this good.

I have been Dr Gibstine's patient for over 20 years. I appreciate that she runs a very efficient office, as I RARELY wait longer than 5 minutes of my appointment time before she is in the room. My first visit and my last. My visit was rushed and her assistant rudely busted in the room to tell me to come out when I’m finished. I then ask if I can wait to speak with the Doctor to write down the name of my skin condition. Both assistants at the front desk discussed what it possibly was using Google to guess what the Doctors handwriting said. Horrible! Lastly I asked if my prescription could be called in and the assistant said yes but when I went to pick up my prescription it was never called in. Again horrible service I will never visit this office again.

I hope she never retires. She truly is the best dermatologist on all levels.

My 2nd visit I had 2 things looked at by the doctor. I figured it would be all under the pricing of a office visit. One was having pin sized wart removed. She sprayed a freezing agent on from a bottle that was just sitting in the room as if it's in there all time. It took 4 seconds, but the charge was $125.00 for that and the whole bill was $177.00 compared to the previous visit was $110.00. I appealed the charge with the insurance and naturally lost. I feel the Dr. or staff should've let me know of the charges. I also could'v asked. I won't be going back. There are hundreds of other Dr's out there. BEWARE!

I find her to be very courteous and professional. Waiting time is minimal.

I have been a patient with Dr. Gibstine for 10 years. My family is also seen by Dr. Gibstine. I recently went for a visit and was extremely disappointed by my care. The front desk was rude. I hadn't been in for a check for 3 years but I was not asked to disrobe for a full body check. I had something removed, I questioned something else on my face, and off I was sent. I then received a bill for the services and a $90 fee!!! Since I had not been in since 2013, I was charged an additional $90. I was given no consideration for how long I had been going nor my family all being patients of Dr. Gibstine. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. You have lost 4 patients.
