Dr. Consuelo Teresa M Ocampo, MD

One of the best things about Doctor Ocampo is how much she cares about her Patients. In the era of COVID, where other specialists are doing phone calls as their main way of connecting with patients, Doctor Ocampo, the Nurse Practitioner, and the whole staff still see the necessity of office visits. With precautions of course. They are all wonderful professionals and I credit her and her staff for my good health. The only thing is, they all do such a good job, that they can't take any new patients. They have a waiting list because of the high demand with people in the area for a good Doctor. Thank you Doctor Ocampo.

Very unprofessional... Her medical assistant go beyond thier scope of practice in this office.

Been with her 5 years never really needed anything but yearly visits. Last month got a bad ear infection and saw her true colors. Could not get in to see her, so we to urgent care and paid cash. They said you need a ENT doctor so because I have HMO insurance I had to go back to her. She refused to give me a referal and just more prescriptions and said come back in 2 weeks. I was in extreme pain after 1 week and her and her staff would not see me. Plain rude and un-caring. I had to go to ER. Please everybody review your doctors. Been reading her reviews and should of never picked her to care for me.

I am a veteran patient who remembers the good doctor from over a decade ago, before she was an overworked physician. She is not bad. The level of care was really going downhill, but it's turned around with the new PA. It really shows. The staff is more relaxed and friendly. The PA is a calm young woman who listens well. I think the reason the office was getting such a bad reputation was because the doctor was overworked and cranky, and it was bleeding over onto her staff. But things appear to be looking up over there.

I love this doctor.Im so glad I found her. Her P/A is amazing and her office staff is so effecient. I recomend this doctor..

I do not recommend Dr. Ocampo. She is the worst doctor ever. I don't care what insurance you have- do not go to her. She spends less than 30 seconds with you. She does not care and show compassion and kindness.

Doc is popular therefore very busy. She is kind, she listens to me. She cares. I've only had one experience with her when I felt she didn't listen. As far as doctors go these days + being on an HMO and medicare??? She in the "better than most" category. Most people only care to write bad stuff cuz they're mad but REALLY... she's a good doctor!

IT IS A MIRACLE THAT I AM HERE THANKS TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. C.O. WAS NOT THERE FOR ME! I ALMOST DIE!
