Dr. Corinna G Levine, MD

Dr Levine is a remarkable surgeon. I had complex sinus issues and multiple surgeries , she is at the top of more recent technics and very dedicated. She listen very carefully and answered very quickly . Highly recommended

My father was treated by Dr. Levine after being diagnosed with a sinus infection caused by Pseudomonas. She told him she would perform a simple outpatient scraping procedure to remove the infection. However, after the surgery, my father was taken to the ICU, where he remained for some days struggling to breathe. When his health kept deteriorating, Dr. Levin dismissed his symptoms as “acid reflux.” Following this, his health started to deteriorate rapidly. Years later, an MRI revealed that part of his paranasal bone had been removed during that procedure, something she never disclosed to him. Since then, he has suffered from constant nasal secretion and severe breathing problems, which other doctors have explained are the result of the missing bone. He has been hospitalized multiple times, and some of those times he had to be intubated. Her incompetence, lack of honesty, and unprofessional behavior have deeply affected my family. I strongly advise anyone to avoid Dr. Corinna Levin.

I have no doubt that Dr. Levine is the best doctor in the world. I was referred by a physician from a major city to perform a very complex and urgent sinus surgery. Full and complete recovery but Dr. Levine ascertained some other non sinus issues and I had them addressed and taken care of. She was the only physician to diagnose this - despite the fact that I have been followed by top physicians all these years. I'm very grateful for her expertise and her caring.

I won’t recommend Dr. Levine at all. First you have to wait a lot of time to see her (almost 2 hours) and once I saw her she was barely with me for less than 10 minutes! She told me “I’ll introduce this camera in your nose” “it’ll be uncomfortable “ then proceeded to explain what she was seeing and told me what to do but never once mentioned that the camera thing wasn’t part of the consultation!! She made it look like it was! I trusted her because the whole point to see a specialist is that they use other instruments in order to see what’s going on with you so If no one told me that was extra I assumed that was part of my consultation!!  Well it wasn’t! A month later or so I got a bill for more than $600 for “nasal endoscopy, level 4, pain severity quantified, pain present” the funny thing is I never told her I had severe pain just pressure sometimes in my forehead! and another for “Hospital services, minor procedure adjustment” I was seating waiting for her on the same chair and… she saw me on that same chair! So unprofessional that a doctor doesn’t even mention what’s the name of the procedure she was doing or the fact that no one from that medical center didn’t check if that was covered by my insurance so they tell me and I could decide if I wanted to do it or not-that is my right as a patient! To decide if I want to do something or not but her assistant and Dr Corinna Levine decided for me! If someone from her staff, her assistant or she would have mentioned that the camera thing was a “procedure “ and that just because I was seated there while doing that “procedure” will charge me I wouldn’t have done it! These doctors know you have to sign forms at the beginning if you don’t do it obviously you can’t see the doctor so they do whatever they want, don’t mention anything because at the end they know they will put any code to charge insurances and whatever the insurance doesn’t pay the patients have to as in my case!  With my other doctors/specialists they always have checked and informed what my insurance covers or not before anything is done. This is the first time no one said anything, it has been the worst experience with a doctor.
