Dr. Cortez Evon Mcfarland, MD

I highly recommend Dr. McFarland. He is the best OB/GYN doctor. He delivered 4 of my children.

My child was delivered by Dr. Cortez McFarland I barely got to see him his nurse did most of the work. I had 3 ultra sounds my entire pregnancy. My last visit which was my last week of pregnancy my blood pressure was extremely high he sent me home. I came back a week later in labor but my blood pressure was high I was at a stroke level and I spent 3 weeks in the ICU. I almost lost my life. I had to take blood pressure meds afterwards. Worse experience of my entire life!

Dr. McFarland is the best hands down!!! He is a guru!.. He delivered my 16 and 13 yr old brother. I'm 26 and he delivered my 4 year old by scheduled c section and I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant and he is my ob/gyn this time around as well. He is dedicated to making sure you are carrying a healthy baby and his c section method is the best because I got up and walked the same day. I love him!

He is a very good doctor. He made sure my baby was healthy he showed that he care about me but more about my baby! I love him so much ! The only thing I can say about him is that he was very slpw! The only thing I care about is my babies health !

Staff was very nice and courteous. the wait time in waiting room and once you get in the rooms were ridiculous every single time just to feel rushed or not give you enough time to conjure up and questions or concerns you may have forgot because you were so irritated with the long wait. the sex of my baby was different on both ultra sounds and when asked to do another one i was told they dont do anymore than two. If im paying out of pocket and with private insurance, i should be able to get that ease of mind right? oh well, baby BOY was healthy and thats all that matters. i wont have pre natal done there next time though :-)

I am 18 weeks pregnant and have been seeing Dr . McFarland since the beginning of my pregnancy. The first I came to his office I was very uncomfortable but instead if switching doctors I stay to give it another try. I have had 6 appointments and only seen him twice. The nurse practitioner is extremely rude. During my 18 weeks and 6 doctor visits I have not had my stomach measured, only heard my child's heart beat once and outside of a blood test to check if I had any STDs or other issues my child has not had any test ran to monitor his/her progress.I am very upset about the total lack of care for me and my child and would not recommend anyone place your care in their hands. I will not return.

I was on my 3 visit to this doctor i never personally met Mcfarland which i thought was disrespectful, How would I know you to deliver my baby if I never met you? The worst part of it all the head nurse has a bad attitude and don't answer any question or concerns about your pregnancy. Never had a ultrasound yet either ! The only good thing about this office is the Office Staff. I would not recommend them to anyone !!!!
