BEWARE OF PRICING. Was seen in their now closed Valrico office their front staff tells you that testing is your copay and collects the copay then you get a $1000 deductible surprise bill. I did make some good faith payments at that time. Then I complained and did receive a call and was again told over the phone they double checked my benefits again and it was supposed to be $60. They were gonna handle it. Never heard from anybody again now I have a collection Debt unbelievable do not use this practice without taking everything in writing because they surprise bill so unethical while I did set up the payment plan with your nasty collector, I am now following through with filing complaints with the appropriate government officials. Shame on you twice you told me $60.

I love this office they are always on top of you and your rx. very sweet gals in there and Dr. Kalik is always friendly no matter what time apt is and e listens!!!

I have been a patient in this office for 3 years. I have been receiving allergy shots here for almost 2 years. Dr. Kalik is great and takes time to explain diagnosis and options every time I am in. The shot room nurses are great! They are very vigilant and efficient. I would highly recommend this allergist clinic and Dr. Kalik!

It has been a few years since we saw Dr. Kalik because my son's asthma has been well-controlled. We have need of a doctor for allergy and asthma again. Dr. Kalik is our first choice for this specialty. My son's pediatrician recommended that he see a specialist. When we told him we were going to get an appointment with Dr. Kalik, he responded, "excellent!"
