What a huge disappointment! All this talk of new Dr in town a few years ago. I was hopeful, since I still feel as though I have mesh in my body from a previous failed prolapse surgery elsewhere with mesh. As I explain my scenario and issues that have continued even after attempt of removing my Mesh - Craig Mayr pulls mesh from his pocket and proceeds to give me his belief in the qualities of Mesh and how it is not to blame for my on going complications, wow! Now that it has been FDA regulated and removed from usage I wonder how much stock he lost in the mesh companies?!

Dr. Mayr just did a laproscopic abdominal sacrocolpopexy with mesh on me and I feel great! Surgery was only 2 days ago, but I feel so good and everything is back where it belongs! He did an excellent job and was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him as a great urogynecologist!!!

I am looking forward to surgery now that I consulted with Dr. Mayr. He actually knows what hurts and what works. Well worth the drive and so knowledgeable and patient!

Dr. Mayr quickly diagnosed my longstanding medical issue. He took the time to carefully listen to my concerns with compassion. I had seen numerous doctors for this same issue for many years and he solved the puzzle within an hour. I highly recommend him!

I have never met a Doctor who actually did a physical exam at a consult. I also, have never had a Doctor take his own consent form. Most ,usually have their Nurse obtain the signed document. He took the time to make sure my husband and I knew exactly what the next steps were and didn't rush anything. I felt he was more concerned with me, the patient, then the "Next in line." My husband works at the hospital in our city, he as impressed by the quality of attention and detail that Dr. Mayr's gave in the room. I have been dealing with a lot of Doctor's and have been extremely disappointed with their God like attitude and their "you will just have to accepted what I say as final." If you are not happy Dr. Craig Mayr is exactly the kind of Doctor we all hope to find.
