Horrible experience. That doctor is rude. Not going back for sure after that visit. I took my son because he was very sick. He had a severe flu. I expected the doctor to at least prescribed medicine for him but instead she made him feel bad about his physical appearance...

She was my children's pediatrician when they were babies. They are now 13 and 16! She saw my 13 year old her first year of life. She is a wonderful and caring doctor. We are grateful for her care. She is AWESOME!

The reception staff is SUPER! Very friendly, accomodating, sweet and makes you feel important. Dr. Banzuela, on the other hand, is another story. Everytime she comes in the examination room, the look on her face tells me, "ok, what is it this time? Hurry up because I need to do something else". She NEVER smiles, NEVER makes us feel welcome, and she's even Filipino.. i mean Filipinos are known to be VERY HOSPITABLE PEOPLE and I have a lot of friends who are Filipinos, and I LOVE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM! Then she would just leave us, not even asking if we have any questions. I'm off to look for another doctor. I don't want an unhappy doctor looking after my happy child.

A great pediatrician! Fast appointments. Does not throw them on meds every time they are sick. I have gone to here with my three kids for 4 years and been really happy. If you want a doctor who hugs your kids and knows their birthdays she is probably not the doctor for you. :)
