Wait time 2 1/2 hours.......had an appointment. First excuse is the office is transitioning. We had an appointment ....people who walked in after us were seen before us. Second excuse was that there were 11 walk ins that showed up before us. Once again...we had an appointment.

Muy grosera. Llevamos a nuestro recien nacido y bien apurada nos dijo 3 cosas y en preguntarnos nada se fue. Que falta de educaciÃ³n y falta de sentimientos. Si pudiera le pongo 0 estrellas

The facility was filthy, Dr Rodriguez looked very unprofessional in Uggs and a ratty sweater. I felt like I was in a third world facility. It was highly outdated. Dr Rodriguez barely said hello, spoke medical jargon that normal patients would not understand, rushed through the visit, barely checked the baby, and didn't ask if we had any questions. Do not go to this place... It's terrifying!!

Poor phone service. Ive been clling just for an undated shot record since pam this morning and here it is 2:44pm and i still haven't been able to get through. THIS IS SAD!!!
