Dr. Cristine N. Klatt-Cromwell

It took almost 5 mths to get schedule for surgery and when surgery came . They screwed that up to. The staff is rude the doctor is never on time. And if you get into to see her you'll wait months before anything is done if anything at all is done

I highly recommend Dr. Klatt-Cromwell. She has a great bedside manner and is a talented surgeon. She was able to treat all of my medical issues and the quality of my life has significantly improved!

I have had one experience with Dr Kmart-Cromwell. It was very poor and I don't say that lightly. My previous ENT, Dr Stanley Thawley and his NP, Maggie Kramer, who is seen for 20 years, retired and I needed a new ENT. I reached out to the office and was told there was a new doc there to try. I made an appt. When I went to the appt Dr Klatt-Cromwell was unfriendly, told me I needed to have sinus endoscopy done. I stayed I didn't know why it needed to be done. She could see from my records that I was a regular with allergy shots, ear cleanings and medical appts as needed. She stated she could refill my ongoing allergy meds unless I had the scope. I stayed I didn't have insurance or money to pay for the test. She stayed again she couldn't refill my ongoing scripts without the test. So I finally said ok because I needed the meds. I was billed $700!! As I said, I've been going to that office for many years, as have my family. That was the last time for any of us. If current patients we're… being treated this way by her I can only imagine how new patients are treated.

the doctor was supposed to refer me to another doctor for further treatment but no one ever contacted. This is in addition to an unnecessary C-scan..

On 9-18-18 I had a 2:20 appt, at 3:20 Klatt Cromwell had not been in to see me. My time is valuable also, so I left and never did hear from this office again. it is 10-2-18 now. I'll never make another appt with this office again... This dr don't respect her patients..
