Dr. Cruz Fa'a-Souchet is the founder of AMA Medical Group. She has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), the American Diabetes Association (ADA), and the American Heart Association (AHA/ASA) for use of high quality evidenced-based measures and providing excellent care to her patients with diabetes, stroke, and cardiovascular disease. My appointments are always on time, the call backs are, good. Staff is polite and courteous, referrals are easy. Have been coming here since I moved for a few years and am very happy here.

Have been coming here for a year now. I am very happy here. The service is excellent, they explain everything to me very thoroughly and good bedside manner. I really like it here, everything, kindness, atmosphere, feel better here, always happy to come here even when I am sick.

Dr Fana is very clear on my condition, she is knowledgeable and great at diagnosing. She tells me how it is for me to take action steps to improve my condition. She is honest and caring.
