I love Dr. Carmicheal she was right on point with my diagnosis... She even treated my husband with great care.

I waited over two hours to be seen, staff was very unprofessional. Awesome doctor though!

SHE IS A DOCTOR THAT LISTENS AND SPENDS TIME IN THE ROOMS TO MAKE SURE SHE CAN PROCEED IN HELPING PATIENTS WITH THEIR HEALTH NEEDS. HER STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND I WOULD REFER PPL TO RECEIVE MEDICAL CARE FROM HER.

Dr. Carmichael's office operates in a way that treats chronic pain patients like criminals. Most patients on narcotic pain prescriptions have to come every month for refills, as though they are not trusted enough to get refills without an office visit. Dr. Carmichael refers patients to a pain management physician in the same office, to write narcotic prescriptions for her patients every month. She gave me the impression that she is worried about writing legitimate narcotic prescriptions for her disabled patients. Disabled Patients (short-term or permanent) should be able to rely on Dr. Carmichael as their primary physician who provides full service to her patients. I like Dr. CarmichaeI, but it is not necessary for most patients to see any doctor every month. The office staff gets a very poor rating on providing follow up information to her patients. There is a total disconnect-after an appointment. The staff does not provide a courteous follow-up, when important forms need to be… completed. Dr. Carmicheal does not require office staff to follow-up with her patients to confirm forms have been completed, etc. This is a very strong reason to find another medical facility.
