Dr. Crystal Ann Sauers, MD

Overall the worst experience of my life. She has no compassion, bedside manner, or patience. Was very degrading and acted as if my concerns were not valid. I will never go to the Reading hospital emergency department again thanks to her treatment.

I was there for several hours from passing out and injuring my shoulder due to being dehydrated from flu like symptoms. She spent less then 30 seconds in the room. I only wanted some fluids for the dehydration and some advise for my shoulder. I have heard from two others, both family members who had her as their attending and had the same rude and dismissive attitude. She was supposed to come back before I was discharged, but again nope. I was told to drink fluids and take motrin. (No fluids since they couldnt get an IV, after 3 different needle sticks the nurse gave up). They did an xray, no MRI, which I knew they would not do. I made an appointment with my family doctor and finally had an MRI and yupe injured it enough to do surgery. I hope whoever has her as their attending gets her on a better day, unless shes always arrogant and rude, then good luck!!
