This doctor is a quack don't go there .He writes his own reviews please I know this jerk .you will be ripped off.

How can a dr that hasn't seen someone in 5 months deam them incompetent? Also how can you back date it???? Wait I know how your a dr and think you can. Shame, shame

First of all I do not work for Dr.Phillips or any of his friends, however I do work for a medical office so I am kinda hard to please. With that being said, Dr.Phillips himself has been great, very helpful and listened to me about my issues. He referred me to a OBGYN and I was called by them with in a week to schedule an appointment. His office staff however I am not that impressed with. Remember attitude goes along way.

I iked the Dr. but front girl not helpful and rather rude, pretty sure she hates her job. The nurse isn't even a nurse, has had NO medical training, Dr wanted her to draw my blood, NO not gonna happen. I know her from Miami and she is an auto glass installer, I won't go back, when I see a Dr I expect them to have an RN, LPN, or MA. I am concerned that she ID's herself as his "nurse" to me that is fraud, I am going to contact medical reveiw board to see if she can legally ID herself as a "nurse"

he does have new staff, they are friendly and he is great!

I heard there was a new receptionist so I tried this office again, the front is much friendlier and helpful. I have always loved the dr, I will continue to go here again

If anyone is writing good reviews about this office (especially if its about the staff members) its most likely the staff members writing it (especially that review below calling people stupid)...these girls have ZERO manners and/or respect. They seem like high-schoolers the doctor picked up off the street. They have no education or knowledge regarding hippaa laws or ethic and are CLUELESS when it comes to working with the public or phone/in-person etiquette. They ignore you, smack their gum while talking to you in person or on the phone, you will be standing in front of them (especially that receptionist..geesh what a (bleeeep), and she will answer the phone and have a full scheduling-conversation (usuallly including other staff members/doctor) without saying anything to you....not even "excuse me for a second please" or anything...no warning, just right in the middle of you checking in she'll switch gears and answer the phone (the proper thing to so is excuse yourself, answer the… phone and ask them to hold, then go back to the person in front of you)..when the doctors out of the office they act like monkeys running the office, mouthing off to you, refusing to make appointments for you in a timely manner, talking about all of their patients, the open the office late (because the girls are running late, keeping you waiting outside), they speed into the parkinglot like a bat out of heII, they never ASK you anything its more as if they demand your info from you in an irritated, bored, i-dont-want-to-be-here kind of voice, they look at you like your stupid, and talk about your info (even when sheduling an appt over the phone) loudly so everyone can hear your name and what/when your coming in. Its rediculous. They spend more time piling and caking on their layers and layers of orange-face makeup than they do actually trying to help you. These girls make it VERY clear they dont like theyre job, have ZERO interest in helping people and just want you to leave so they can talk about people. And EVERY time there is some sort of an issue (having to do with anyone or anything) it always somehow takes 3 of them to be able to figure it out. The girl who is the receptionist is THE WORST out of them..she clearly has no proper training on what to do or how to do it. Shes very ignorant when it comes to her job. The doctor is nice, but he is blind when it comes to his staff and needless to say..you only deal with the doctor for a few short minutes....its the staff you will mostly see and hear and deal with each visit which makes your visit miserable. The ONLY good thing about this office is that theyre FAST to process your insurance card/take your money, thus you go back to see the doctor a little faster. But like i said, your in and out with the doctor in just a few minutes, then back out to the receptionist you go to deal with her again. Just go somehere else...especially if you care about how people treat you and your personal information. There is no privacy or repect or care here. Other offices MAY have you wait another 5-10 minutes longer but they will surely be there to take care of you and make sure your wait is welcoming...here, even tho the wait is only 5-15 minutes it feels like forever hearing them talk about people while you sit silentl in the little 10-chair waiting room listening to it all.

I tried to talk to the doctor and he was wanting me out the door.

This doctors office has the most rude and unprofessional office staff ever!!! The person that is supposed to be a nurse I don't think is even a nurse and she is mouthy and rude. The front person named shawna is just as rude... You can hear them talking bad about all their patients and making fun of them "breaking all Hippa laws". I suggesst people not to go there...

Have gone to dr Phillips for 12 years now I love him and the girls in the office and my whole family goes there!
