The staff at this office is incredibly rude and incompetent. The are uncaring of the patients and unsympathetic. The doctor herself is very nice but her staff could care less about the patients that attend this office. If you have a choice, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I really don't know why I keep coming back to this "Dr." She is a complete money mangler. While I explain the reason for the visit.. she doesnt look the least bit intersted! Just sits there checking her nails for chipped paint. Instead of explaining my diognosis to me she writes a scrip for meds and tells me to sched a follow up while she has one leg out the door. Or how about this I had to point out info on my chart THAT SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO READ!! She makes me understand why some dislike doctors and call them rouge theives!

WHAT A WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL CARING DOCTOR I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. I CAME ACROSS DR KANKAM SEVERAL YEARS AGO AFTER GOING THROUGH A SLEW OF OTHER DOCTORS WHO IN MY OPINION BASCALLY WAREHOUSED THERE PATIENTS. HER HUSBAND DR EDWARD KANKAM WHO IS ALSO PART OF THE PRACTICE IS ALSO A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. THIER STAFF ARE VERY EFFCIENT AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. ALL IN ALL THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PRACTICES I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF GOING TO FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME. SO SHOULD YOU BE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DOCTOR THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.
