Dr. Cynthia Renee Calisi, MD

I am in my 60's and have been to lots of doctors over the years. Dr. Calisi is the best primary care doctor that I have ever had. She listens to me and cares about my health. My daughter has a rare form of cancer and for over 10 years and none of the doctors we went to would listen to my daughter to actually diagnose the issue, but instead told her to go home she was fine. Dr. Calisi listened to her and thru test order by Dr. Calisi, we discovered the cancer and Dr. Calisi went to bat for my daughter to get her seen by specialist. Dr. Calisi is someone who listens, cares, and will fight for you!

I have two daughters, ages 9 and 10, and the three of us have been seeing Dr. Calisi since we moved here 5 years ago. She always remembers what our history is, and takes time to talk with us about all of our symptoms and concerns. I am beyond happy with our choice to start seeing her.

I have been a patent of Dr. Cynthia Calisi for some years now. Dr. Calisi is covers everything when Im with an illness. I highly recommend Dr. Cynthia Calisi for single and family care. Dr. Calisi has a wonderful bedside manner and cares about her patients.

Dr. Calisi's nurse doesn't return phone calls.

I really like Dr. Calisi, she is very caring and truly seems concerned in finding out what is wrong and the best medical solution.I was disappointed when the practice was taken over by Heritage Medical. I don't really care for paying for service before receiving it and the new administration demands payment prior to seeing the doctor. This suggests a basic mis-trust in me paying even though I've been a patient for many years. When I told the office manager I preferred to pay after service, she said no and I could cancel my appointment. Given that I have insurance which is being charge a whole lot more than my little $20.00 co-pay. It seems they wouldn't have a problem with my request. As much as I respect Dr. Calisi, this is seriously making me consider going elsewhere where I'm not treated like a criminal who might skip out on my little $20.00 co-pay.

The office can be a little crowded and slow, but Dr. Calisi is excellent. She diagnosed a pretty tricky problem and treated it in a conservative manner. I had my doubts about the treatment, but it worked like a charm. When I had a follow up question, she called me back personally in just a few minutes.
