Just read through the comments on here, and don't let these guys fool you, this is a great place. If you do not vaccinate your child, you are a moron who does not value your child's safety, as well as the safety of the rest of our children. It is NOT a personal choice, it is an easy decision, if you love your child, you protect them from disease. I would expect and hope any doctor would react the same. Secondly, this place, like every other place on planet Earth has a cancellation fee if you do not provide proper notice. If you cancel an appointment late, you have blocked that spot from someone else, as well as prevented the business from having a paying customer in that spot. That's why all doctors, dentists, private teachers, etc. have a cancellation fee. To call it greed is simply dumb. Not as dumb as "choosing" to not vaccinate, in fact not even close, but still dumb. I highly recommend this place for you child. The staff is wonderful and the doctors appear very… intellectual while still communicating in a polite, non-condescending manner. Dr. Horning has gone out of her way to help us, and even made a follow up call to us on Christmas Eve. Fantastic business.
