Dr. Cynthia Marie Murdock, MD

It took four years (with multiple long breaks for other medical issues), but Dr. Murdock was willing to try as long as I was. Several surgeries, lots of needles, and a body (mine) that is a bit of a sociopath. She never blew smoke but she was never defeatist. I've got a medical condition that requires many specialties and I've seen 100+ doctors in my time. There are very few that I trust implicitly. She was one. I'm happy not to need her any more, but I'm sad not to see her any more.

I switched to RMA and saw Dr. Murdock after having not having success with another fertility doctor for two years. She completely changed the protocol that the other doctor had used and I got pregnant after my first IVF there. I did end up miscarrying but got pregnant again and now have a 3 month old. By the way, I was 41 and had low ovarian reserve. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Murdock has a very gentle yet confident manner. She spends the time needed to explain the fertility procedure. Our outcome wasn't ideal, but much of that is out of the doctor's control.

Dr. Murdock is fantastic. She is very caring, confident and kind. I feel very comfortable and highly recommend her.

I want to thank Dr. Murdock and the whole RMA Team for helping us with our infertility problems. With Dr. Murdock's help we were able to get pregnant the second time around with my now 2 year old son and now I am 9 weeks pregnant. Thank you Dr. Murdock and the RMA team!!!!!

My husband and I turned to RMA of CT after dealing with infertility for a year. I started my stimulation medication but only one ovary responded. I had surgery on the other ovary the year before and we were not certain how it would react. I was worried about our chances with only having one ovary responding but Dr. Murdock was not worried. At the retrieval she was able to retrieve 6 eggs... and I ended up pregnant!!! At my 8 week ultrasound, I heard the heartbeat for the 1st time. I was so shocked I couldn't speak. Dr. Murdock was so excited for me and gave me a big hug. It was the most wonderful moment of our lives... now we are looking forward to the day our baby is born!!! I highly recommend Dr. Murdock and all of the doctors and staff at RMA of CT!

She is very nice. And, the whole RMACT doctors are all great!

Very professional and caring. She's not incredibly warm, but I'm not really the kind of person to hug and be really close like that anyway. She explained every step of IVF to me and my husband, listened to all our questions and concerns and took her time to address them to our satisfaction. I felt comfortable with her handling my fertility, which I think is the most important factor. She was also present at almost every step of IVF, including almost all ultrasounds, and she personally did my egg retrieval and implantation.
