Dr R is fine for routine appt. If you need anything beyond that it is a nightmare. Scripts are not sent to pharmacy in timely manner. Several follow-up calls required. They are not on computer so everything takes for ever. Had an appointment and was left in exam room while everyone had gone to lunch. Office was locked, no one at front desk and elevator and doors locked. She has no interest in diagnostics and does not follow up on questions.

Dr. Rodriguez has a very calming manner, she listens well, "hears" you when you speak and responds well. Her NP is wonderful. The women at the front desk are friendly, kind & Compassionate. My requests are always responded to. Recommend this office!

This office does not return your calls. They ignore them. I have waited as long as two weeks for a call back. I have waited now three weeks for a prior approval on a medication they prescribed me. Two requests were sent by the pharmacy and they were ignored. Terrible follow-up care.

Always late for appt., 20 to 45 min. late, nurse practitioner barely speaks, needed further medical help, was told to look up on computer when I got home doctors the insurance allowed and let them know and they would give referral. She doesn't seem to care, office staff barely works, eating seems more important. Dr. Rodriquez very good when you get to see her.

Dr. Rodriguez is a fine Doc. However, her nurse is horrible! She shouldn't be in the medical field. I agree with other review....she's clueless and rude. She couldn't pronounce certain medical terms when reading back notes. Very concerning! Office staff is very unprofessional too. Wouldn't go back for anything more than a hangnail!

Went in pain, have MRI to back what I am going thru.....she asked me what can they do for me....thought they were the doctors not me? Need surgery soon and yet nothing they could do to help me with pain. They did NOTHING for me Must go to ER if I want help Whoever the nurse(with red hair) is in there was rude and frankly pretty clueless. Left with out any advice on anything to help. She doesnt know she said??? Great answer
