Not a pleasant human being. For example: On seperate occasions, Dr. S. stated that I was"TAKING UP TOO MUCH OF HER TIME, since I was not a regular patient". She later refused to fill out a short medical form, as it was clearly, nearing a holiday.

Very thorough

I have been to her once for a physical and she was attentive. Very straight to the point. I’ve had physical forms filled out 2x by her without paying, but once I asked for forms to be filled out again for a separate institution, I was asked to come in and make an appointment. Why? Nothing has to be done besides copying the info from the physical (which was still up to date), which leads me to believe they just wanted a reason to get my money and my insurance money. Office staff is also rude and interrupted me/spoke over me to get me off the phone. Would not recommend.

nasty arrogant unprofessional. Dirty office zero follow up, request to come in to bill insurance company only, She seems like a burnt out doctor who should not be in practice, her staff is no better. stay away from this quack job doctor. she is definitely one of those doctors who brings her bad day to work with her, If she is having a bad day so will you,

Dealing with the Coast Guard when it comes to renewing my Captain's license can be frustrating. The paperwork and examinations are very lengthy. After going to Dr. Santiago she made the whole process seamless. She is now my primary Doctor also. I would recommend her to anyone.

When my husband and I moved back to Long Island from North Carolina, we were looking for a PCP. Both my husband and I are very grateful that we found Dr. Santiago. She is the most compassionate PCP I have ever met. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond for them. She is very direct which is great, because you know what is going on and she will get to the bottom of any problems you may have. She is very persistent in making sure that you follow up with your appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Santiago to anyone!!!! As far as her staff is concerned, they are absolutely wonderful and very professional!!!

Very good doctor. Expect for you do do your part in managing your health and advises you how to do that.

one of the worst doctors to ever practice . Horrible bedside manners , will not fill prescriptions. And loves to criticize.

I tried to call and make an appointment for a check up since i just moved and needed a new Doctor but they told me they would only be able to give me an appointment 2 months away. You should not bother with this Doctor.
