Dr. Cynthia Link Weinstein, MD

I was a patient of Dr Weinstein for a long time. Then my husband's insurance changed, and it wasn’t one they accepted. So of course I had to go to a doctor who accepted my insurance. I couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket for doctor visits. Well, when I did get insurance she accepted I called to make an appointment. I was told you can’t come back once you leave, no matter what the reason is. I was shocked and hurt. We can’t control what insurance company our employers pick.

I quit and went to another doctor. very poor bedside manner.

I have been a patient for 15 years. Dr. Weinstein is excellent at diagnosing! Her staff has always been courteous, professional and helpful.

MD will not provide appropriate care for her patients

I try to avoid any doctor as much as possible but when there's a serious issue, Dr. Weinstein always makes room for me. She listens & knows what to or not to prescribe since I'm not a big fan of medication. When the ailment is specific & requires a referral, she does so and rightly so, whether it be for a physical therapist or an ear specialist, etc. The reason for the 2 star on courteous staff? It's more about the ebonics the front desk help was speaking. I couldn't understand her on the phone or in person--and I work with people of all races & nationalities! Communication is very important esp. in this setting & it starts with the front desk. Hopefully, Dr. Weinstein will be able to make some changes there so it doesn't effect her practice.
