Dr Hammer is a caring and trusworty dr very knowledgeable and compassionate staff is wonderful he delivered all 3 of my children I was high risk due to PE. And placental abruption he gave me the very best care he's truly a blessing!!

I love Dr. Hamner. He is very courteous as well as thorough in his explanations. The office staff are very friendly as well. I don't like the way some things are handled with billing and payment of services. I also do not like the wait time.

Dr. Hamner delivered my son in 2003 and I must say he's an awesome doctor. Not only that he saved my life two weeks after my son was born, he went over board to make sure that I was fine afterwards he never left my side he came to the hospital and checked on me daily I truly thank God for him..its sad when individual try to find faults in other people because their time don't line up with the Dr time one thing that we must remember some patients have special needs meaning he might have to spend more time with a certain patient so thats why your wait time may be longer ...we as people need to learn how to have PATIENCE... trust me Dr. Hamner is a blessing to many individuals as well as myself

The worst experience ever that my 17 year old first trip to gyno. Wait time was 3 hours. Told my daughter that she shouldn't have went to ER when she was in bad pain with 3 kidney stones and also told her she couldn't have a pap smear until she is 21 when she was referred there by her pediatrician for a pap test. This doctor should have his licensed revoked for the way he treated my daughter(one mad momma)

Dr. Hamner is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He is very caring. He delievered my beautiful healthy baby boy! I would recommend Dr. Hamner to anyone! He's the best!

My appointment was at 1:30 And it was 4:30 till he saw me and I been sitting there sick as a dog ! I even had time 2 go throw up and come back, even take Nap ! The wait is Ridiculous

I have been a patient of Dr. Hamner since I was 18 years old. I am now 33. He is very patient and informative. His bedside manner is warm and welcoming. He is gentle, and he takes his time with his patients. Wonderful choice!

Dr. Hamner is incorrectly listed/identified as a female in this bio. He is, none the less, an excellent and caring physician. He delivered my youngest daughter (2010). I couldn't have asked for a better person particularly as I was considered high risk (mostly because of my age at the time).

Poor poor doctor. I waited an hour and a half on my first visit before I asked how much longer til the doctor can see me. His secretary bit my head off then Dr. Hamner himself told me that this isnt going to work out and I should go see my last doctor that lost my child . What an uncarring person. I wouldn't let him deliver my dogs pups.

Dr Hamner delievered my two children and has been my obgyn since 2002. I have refered several patients to him all of which say that they love him. He is an excellent doctor. He does spend plenty of time with the patient, he takes the time to really explain what is going on, and to make sure that the father understands also. My husband wouldnt ask questions so he went into great detail with him and told him he can always ask questions.

Dr. Hamner is a very caring doctor. I have been going to him for three years. I appreciate the fact that he makes sure you are comfortable, well taken care of, and most of all he listens well and is very knowlegeable. Most of the times I'm in and out. But, a few times I've had to wait. And, that's only becuase he had to go to the hospital for an emergency. I'm pleased with Dr. Hamner. I wish my regular physician was has helpful as he is.Oh and did I mention, his office staff is the best!!!!

I have been going to the same doctor since i was 15 years old. Doctor Hamner is the best OBGYN that i could ever imagine, I once tried seeing another OBGYN since i didnt have the correct insurance to see Doctor Hamner, well lets put it this way i dropped that insurance and got insurance Doctor Hamner took! He has delivered two of my kids, and soon to deliver number three! I am 25 years old. so ten years i am been going to him and he is the best at what he does. You can ask him ANYTHING and he will give you an answer , and if you are not satisfied with his answer he will do his best at finding a more accomidating answer!

Dr. Hamner does have a lot of people to see but i would not call him uncaring at all and any problem he thought i might have got it check to a tee even when it turn out to be minor, i have never found an ob as honorable and caring and just plain great as him. after i had my son i was having some problems at home and he listened while i boo hooed about them. i think some people do have to realize he does deliver babies and maybe that day he needed to hurry and go to the hosiptal, and give it another try and see because i was so tried of doctors treating me secondary bc of the insurance i have and he never did and was just a god send.

I visited Dr Hamner because I was new to the area. I would definitely recommend that Dr. Hamner gain more bedside manners to his patients. His personality was not a welcoming one at all and I felt like just another name on his appointment book. It seemed as though my exam was rushed and that he didn't care one way or another if I had any questions, concerns, ect. Any woman knows that the annual trip to the doctor is not the most exciting one, but having a physician who shows they care really makes the difference. What's really bad is that it's been over a year and I have yet to receive any results or summary of my checkup. The office staff was awesome; I really liked them, but I'm glad I found another gyn that shows care and compassion.
