I had an appointment with Dr Jackson yesterday for my annual physical. I felt very comfortable knowing that she has set high standards for her office, especially with COVID-19 and the Variants rising again in Maryland. During the exam she was very detailed and took her time to ask questions regarding any concerns that I may have. Dr Jackson is very straight forward and honest which I admire and respect , She is a Doctor who takes her time to listen to her patients while she is observing at the same time. I have definitely recommended my friends and family to her.

She is rude and is running ppl through her office as fast as possible. I feel bad for the way she speaks to her staff.

My name is Lawrence Dingle I've been coming to dr. Jackson's office for many years I do not mind the wait because I have learned I get the best service in care when I come to her office I recently had to go to George Town Hospital because of a car accident I had two blood clots in my left lung and multiple broken ribs do the emergency room I still had to wait over 3 hours because so many people come to Georgetown because of the good service it is the same reason why dr. Jackson's office is crowded and it takes some time to be single because she's a good doctor and she refers you to the best doctors so one has to ask them self are you willing to wait for the best service

She is thoughtful, thorough and took the time to work with we as an individual. I detest going to the doctor for anything and gaining my trust and respect is not easy. She has earned it and I would recommend her to anyone

The doctor is good and takes her time but her wait time is very long (1 hour) or longer. So if you are in a rush don't book, if you have time, you can wait!
