Dr. Daisy Katherine Azana, MD

Dr. Azana responds to questions from patients and family as if she is bothered and quickly shows annoyance. - Terrible bedside manner. Proper translations are not given from English to Spanish and when asked what something means, she ignores it while continuing to speak. Information is delivered in two different extremes; rather than breaking things down in a way a non medical professional can understand she delivers information in terms that makes patients feel inept for not understanding or she breaks things down so far that major condition is basically referred to as a booboo. - These are not helpful ways for a patient to understand their condition & the way the recommended care works. She is very dismissive when general concerns are expressed & is condescending when a misinterpretation of the information she delivered is communicated. Spanish speaking patients are better off with a medical interpreter.

Doesn't listen. Feels like you're wasting her time and she doesn't really listen at all. No compassion for a patient. She needs to get into another field if doesn't want to deal with patients!

Dr. Azana has a horrible bed side manner. Her attitude seems to be "unconcerned with questions from the patients family" and she acts like you are bothering her if you ask for additional information. Her "Superior" attitude and horrible disposition truly makes her one of the WORST DR'S that I've ever had the displeasure to meet.
