Dr. Daisy Chacko Thomas, MD

If I could give her no stars, I would give her no stars as her rating. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen my entire life I’m 60 years old. She doesn’t listen to her patients. She wants to do her job without ever coming in direct contact of the patient. I asked her to look at my ears because they were itching and had been painful for over a month. She refused to check out my ears told me it was not part of her job. She is my primary care physician. if it’s not part of her job, who’s is it?

She is very polite and caring. I've been a of hers patient for about 4 or 5 years. I find her very professional. I trust her with my life.

If your health requires any extra effort on her part, forget it.

Dr Chako is a great doctor. I've gone to her for over four years now. I have never had a bad experience, never received an attitude, she has always had a smile on her face. She has always shown her concern for my health. We all have our bad days. But in four yrs I have never met hers. If I'm to ever meet her on her bad day, I'd be understanding because we are all not perfect, and we all have obstacles and stress in life. I recommend her to anyone!

My experience with this doctor was awful. First, I was left in a room for over an hour and then when the nurse came in she had me move to the farthest room in the building. Now mind you I went to the doctor because I had thrown my back out so to walk from one room to the other was insane. Finally after two hours, dr. Chacko comes in and doesn't introduce herself or say hello. When she did start talking to me, she asked if I was working and when I replied "no" thinking in my head what does this have to do with why I'm here she responds by saying," we'll why don't you have a job?". I was shocked at the audacity she had to ask a patient about working. She was just very rude, cold, no bedside manner, arrogant and condescending. She made me feel like my going to see a doctor was not necessary and an inconvenience for her. I maybe spent a total of 15 to 20 minutes with her and it was horrible. After examining my back, she left the room and a nurse came back with a muscle relaxer… which the nurse injected in to my back. The nurse left and said the doctor would be back to see me so about fifteen minutes later the doctor poked her head in the door, didn't even come in the room to let me know I could leave. She didn't even have the courtesy to say goodbye or anything. I could go on longer, but I hope this helps in whether or not you would like her as your doctor. I would not send my worst enemy to her. She is the worst doctor I have ever been to and will not go back to that location as long as she is there.

I STARTED GOING TO HER ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO, SHE IS GREAT, SHE REMEMBERS ME EVERYTIME I GO IN, SHE AND HER STAFF ARE VERY POLITE, I ONLY WAIT A COUPLE MIN IN THE WAITING ROOM, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HER OR HER STAFF. SHES A REAL BLESSING TO HAVE AS A DOC!

I saw Dr.Chacko recently, and she was completely unprofessional, condescending, and extremely rude. She would ask me a question and then when I tried to answer, she would interupt me, and never give me the opportunity to speak. She came across as if she was angry with me for coming in to the office. She spoke to me as if I were a disobedient child. She did not ask me basic questions about my health or the medications that I had been taking. She simply listened to my chest, asked me to take four deep breaths, and then walked to the door to leave the exam room. She didn't even offer her diagnosis. I literally had to ask her what her findings were. She never opened my file to read anything. She knew nothing about even why I was there to see her. After she left the exam room, the nurse came in and was obviously upset with the way Dr. Chacko had just abandoned my appointment. The nurse fininshed my appointment and tried to make the situation right. My family member was with me for… the entire appointment, and couldn't believe the way I was treated, and commented that he had never seen a doctor treat a patient so poorly.
