I had Dr Federico once for ankle surgery in 2008. And a huge quad tendon surgery in 2013. I came out of it and PT with no pain. Today I am pain free. He is quick and decisive and did excellent surgery in order for me to be pain free to this day and beyond. If you don’t do your physical therapy work you won’t benefit from excellent surgery.

Worst mistake of my life! I can't believe he's still practicing. Don't let him touch you. I think he maimed me on purpose.

This man did nothing for me except tell me to get a desk job. Went to St. Lukes where I got the treatment I needed. Don't waste your time.

I went to this Dr. several years ago. He did not take the appointment seriously! He was joking with the x-ray tech instead of paying attention to me. She did not think he was funny! I found him to be condescending with her and unprofessional! I tried to get another doctor for a follow up, and they wouldn’t let me. Took my arthritis to another network!

I struggle every single day, to not give into despair, because of the condition this inferior surgeon left me in. Don't let him ruin your life, too!

I had been diagnosed with a partial tear in my meniscus. It would sometimes "flip" a bit and my knee would catch. This guy said it was a simple meniscus "repair" and I would be "good as new"! I did my proper due diligence about this group's reputation as the supposedly primary sports doctors for Lehigh University. During the interview, he stated "simple repair"....! He ended up removing the larger portion of the meniscus causing bone-to-bone contact and constant pain ever since the surgery. Afterwards, I went back to have him explain. He just smiled and turned to his female trainee and told her I had arthritis! (Didn't have it before his operation!) Went to another surgeon in Reading who privately (and quietly) advised me this doctor damaged me by removing the meniscus unnecessarily. But, he would not offer testimony and recommended a knee replacement. Federico crippled me..... An arrogant SOB. Stay away from this butcher!
