Dr. Dale Snead, MD

Dr. Dale Snead is an outstanding surgeon, professional, and easy to talk to. He also has the best bedside manner and is always nattily attired. His through exams are explained in great detail in a way that are easily understood. The aftercare is steady, as are the ongoing check-ins. I had a minor post-surgical setback, and I received an appropriate, but loving chewing out. I shaped up quickly. Thomas Krupski, physician assistant, is also highly skilled and easy to talk to. His staff, Monica, who sees all things, hears all things and reports all things accordingly, makes the necessary appointments delightful. Dr. Snead’s artistic, surgical perfection is unsurpassed, as is Krupski’s. I highly recommend Dr. Snead and his outstanding team wholeheartedly.

I saw Dr. Snead for my wrist condition. Without an examination, he diagnosed a compressed radial brachial nerve. My initial post-operative visit was with Thomas Krupski. The nurse inquired beforehand, and I mentioned my unexpected level of pain. Thomas entered with a defensive and combative demeanor, arrogant and dismissive. Dr. Snead, on my third post-operative visit, stated that my persistent discomfort was abnormal and beyond his help, referring me to Dr. Harman, who is married to Thomas. Nepotism notwithstanding, I've decided against further consultations with this practice. Currently, I endure severe, almost incapacitating pain, a most significant decline from my pre-surgical state.

I have had two different surgeries done by the doctors at Forte. Dr. Dale Snead repaired my trigger thumb and Dr. Jon Hur performed my anterior hip replacement. Both doctors were very clear communicators of the situation and the options. My quality of life has never been better. I highly recommend the Forte physicians.

I had rotator cuff surgery couldn’t be happier. The recovery was long but followed instructions as they recommended and I am fully recovered. Doctor Snead and his assistant were great. Thanks for putting me back together ??

do not suggest this MD if you have tendonitis. He was 40 minutes late to the appt, and when he arrived I was warranted only 5 mins of his time, as a brand new pt. Arrogant is the word to describe him.

This doctor has the worst bedside manners. Very arrogant. His staff is rude. They don’t return calls in a timely manner and when they do they act as if you are a bother to them. His physician assistant acts just like Him if not worse. There are to many other orthopedic surgeons available to have to go to a person that acts as if you are not important. I would give a zero on this guy.

Dr. Snead was able to fully repair my husbands torn pectoral muscle three months after the initial injury. He now has the mobility back that he needs to continue doing what he loves....coaching wrestling. He has since opened his own Regional Training Facility in the South Bend area. Dr. Snead was kind, caring and is just awesome at what he does. Thank you, Dr. Snead!

I have had to have rotator cuff surgery done on both shoulders. One in 2010 the other on 2018. The results were stellar. I also followed all of my recover procedures to a tee as instructed. Correct recover is critically incumbent upon and the responsiblity of the patient to do as they are instructed. I will also add to that I am an auto shop owner therefore full use my arms and strength are critical to my work. Secondly I am a drummer so as you can imagine in order to do that without pain and with any accurate at all proper healing was equally as critical. Dr Sneed is a no nonsense direct to the point great communicator and I have great respect for that. I have read some of the less than favorable reviews on here and most appear to be just be mamby pamby hurt feelings by folks that probably give bad reviews for everything in life and don’t appreciate a straight shooter Iike Dr Sneed. I have recommended him to many people. I am currently preparing to take my son to him (a… disabled vet) to seek help for his shoulder pain.

Horrible.. bed side manners are horrible, his staff is horrible. They are rude, always rushing around. I had to call three times before I could get scheduled for surgery. I will never recommend this surgeon to anyone
