I have never left a review for the MD live, but I looked this woman up just to leave a review, and I see these other negative reviews and I can only imagine how difficult these people were to deal with because this was the nicest Dr. I have talked to on there. I text my wife when I got off the phone and asked how can I leave this Dr. a review? Anyway, thank you Doc for a painless visit. Lol

I was traveling when I called MD LIVE for a sore throat and reach Dr. Daliah Wachs. Despite the fact that this past week I had been caring for my sick girls that had tested positive for strep. She has to go in circles with me that it could be anything from flu, Covid, or even throat cancer?! What?! I’m a nurse and mother of 3. You need to listen to your patients. And really, throat cancer? How could you even say that to someone on a virtual visit. ???????

The most absolutely rude telehealth visit of my entire life. After I tried to clarify her not helping at all after saying confusing things she paused for 30 seconds to the point I said ‘hello?’ And her response was ‘are you done yelling’ when I wasn’t yelling but clarifying her incompetence. She is completely negligent and should not be working in this field. Do not pay money to see her if you can avoid it, it is a waste of your time and resources. I wish I could give zero stars.

Too quick, did not listen. Not satisfied at all.

I would avoid. She didn't listen to my concerns and left the appointment after a couple of minutes without resolving my issues. She thinks she knows everything about medicine but seems like she didn't even go to medical school.

Dr. Wachs is a Beautiful, Caring, and most Professional! I was experiencing symptoms of Bronchitis previously which preceded Pneumonia, while on the road (Retired Marine, 22 yos., OTR Professional Driver 21 yos.), and our entire interaction was less than 10 minutes! Needless to say, I received the best treatment in those few minutes, than I have spending 1.5 hours elsewhere! Thanks again for all you do, Dr. Wachs!!!

The staff is horrible and I have to call back every week for months to ask the same question over and over when they always so they promise they will call back and they never do. They charged me for a no show when I called and left a message to cancel. They had me on hold so long, I drove down to the office after 35 minutes and while on hold I walked in showing them that I was still on hold and they had no answer as to why they left me on hold so long. The doctor always sends you to a specialist and never does anything herself. Plus if you have even something wrong with your foot, as my husband did, they always want to do an EKG so they can bill the insurance company a ton of money, the same with a chest X-ray, I have had one given to me for every visit even if I'm not sick. They are a rip off and I never want to deal with them again.

Dr.Wachs is consumed with her "celebrity". When I wanted to discuss my health issues, her eyes glazed over, so I decided to ask about her show, her cruises, that's the only times she "showed up." She is all about sending you out for expensive, time consuming tests. Her staff inept, the office a shambles...how is she comfortable running a practice like this?..I think she is only hanging on until she is nationwide with her radio show. I left when they forgot to fill out my Rx. I called and asked if I could stop by and pick up the script. They wanted to schedule another appt. With me to do that. I said no, I'm not paying for another visit for your mistake. They called the next day and fired me as a patient. Fine with me. She should be investigated.

The office staff puts you on hold forever and very rude. The office not too clean either.

I totally agree with all the negative reviews this office gets. Dr. Wachs was my primary care doctor for 3 years. The first year she seemed like she was knowledgeable and although she wanted me to come in every 3 months, I thought this would change once we developed a rapport. Dr. Wach is that doctor that makes people come in every 3 months regardless if you need to be seen or not just so she can bill your insurance, she refuses to re-new your prescriptions unless you do. You canâ??t ever get a message to her either, her staff wonâ??t even take a message for her, they will just tell you on the phone if you want to talk to her make an appointment. The way her office looks definitely does not make you feel like you are seeing a competent physician, itâ??s actually physically dirty and very cluttered. Her front office staff are confrontational and incompetent. Dr. Wachâ??s herself is so hard to see she works very few hours, after my first year, I never saw here again and always… had to book with a PA. She finally had a good one, the only reason I returned, (A. Thistle) but she didnâ??t stay very long. My last apt was the last straw, I waited over 30 minutes to get called back then another hour to see the new PA, this was all for an annual wellness check-up It appears when you are in the waiting room that her office is more of a chiropractic mill not a real physicianâ??s office.
