Wonderful experience. Underwent a vasectomy and the doctor was professional, calming and friendly. I felt nearly nothing during the procedure and I was very nervous prior to. The office was nothing but professional and with such a "delicate" procedure I felt I was in good hands. Could not recommend Dr McBride enough

I am so happy that I followed my primary Dr.'s advice and kept the referral with Dr. McBride. His staff was efficient and friendly, calling and setting up my appointment. Dr. McBride was caring, concerned and friendly. He quickly put me at ease. I loathe going to the Dr. and it was such a relief to find Dr. McBride to be such a kind man and is staff the same.

After my 4th visit to Dr. McBride today, I realize that his irritability, impatience & overall rudeness are no fluke; rather, this is his MO. And as far as I'm concerned: Strike 4--he's out as my urologist. There are too many well-deserving docs out there to not tolerate his terrible personality & absence of any truly helpful diagnostic/therapeutic info. He actually told me this afternoon that I was allowed to ask questions relevant to ONLY 1 issue, although we're unfortunately for me dealing with a few interwoven issues that must be explored both individually & collectively. I'd only had his attention for about 5 minutes when he informed me that he'd focus only on a single issue--I clearly had not overstayed my time. I barely got any of his time! After begrudgingly conducting a rectal exam for enlarged prostate (1 issue I'm dealing with), he stated aloud that he had other men waiting to see him & I could make another appointment if I continued to take any more of his time with… questions. My wife & I had been with him about 12 minutes at this point. Wow! Glad my wife was present to verify my experience--truly one of a kind (fortunately). PLEASE heed my advice & avoid this very poor excuse for a medical doctor. You deserve much, much better. And you can do much, much better. If I treated my clients anywhere along these lines, I'd be fired. And should be.

In this age of decline in quality customer service I want to give a shout out to Dr. McBride and his staff. They are both professional and compassionate with patients. Straight up service with facts, results and solutions. A great place to get your medical needs taken care of. I will give them a recommendation to anyone asking. Thank you.

I had a Monday appoint for a procedure, I called in to the office to confirm. I was then told that a mistake had been made in scheduling and that Dr. McBride was not in his offic on Monday's. The young lady apologized and said " just pick another day " I informed her due to my work schedule it wasn't that easy. I told her of all the things I had to do just to make this appointment. The best she told me they could do was book an appointment and see if something opens up before hand. Not having much of a choice I took her up on this option. Today, I called in and was told that there was an opening. I immediately jumped at it and showed up 30 minutes early and waited for an hour and a half. After they called the guy that came in after me back I was approached by a member of the staff. She said that the doctor was leaving for the day and I could come back " first thing " in the morning. I calmly explained how much of a hardship this ordeal had put on me. It was met with the empty apologies… and explanations that were just as empty. People had told me that he was a excellent doctor. It's a shame that because of his staff I'll never find out if he is or not. It just really disappointed me that when you come to someone for help and you get treated like a second class citizen due to inept people who act as if they could care less. They showed me that they don't care.

Dr. McBride has been my go-to guy for many years. He is a compassionate doctor who strives to provide quality service. He has always been there when I needed him. He is friendly, well organized, and competent. True, his office is often full and sometimes behind schedule but always due to an emergency or somebody's appt required more time than anticipated. To get the BEST you often have to go with the flow. I highly recommend him!

Dr. McBride has seen me through several different procedures. He has displayed both compassion and a professional diligence to my needs and my concerns. I will continue to trust him with any future medical needs. Thank you Dr. McBride for being on my side!

Made 1st appointment from referral from PCP. Checked in 10 minutes before appointment time and was taken back to room within 20 minutes. Was told two people were before me. Over an hour and a half later and no one coming back into my room to update me, I had to leave. Two hours for an appointment and not to be seen is ridiculous! I tried to notify the staff that I had to leave, but they were too busy to acknowledge my presence. They were quick to collect my co-pay upfront, however, so I guess I'm out that expense for nothing!

I was referred to dr Mcbride. My 1st appt was canceled due to he was called out for surgery. Called back to get another appt. I was asked why did I cancel my 1st appt. I explained that they called me and canceled the appt and I was told that it would be at least 2 wks before I could get another appt. Office staff said that they did not know why I was told that but he had an appt for next Tuesday. Went in on Tuesday waited and waited I was called to the back they said it will be a bit he was in surgery!! Ok finally seen dr went and did ct scans and lab work that was ordered. I was told but to see him and get lab results would be in 2 wks! Getting ready today get a phone an hour before my appt and was told he has to go do surgery!!! So no appt today again they act like it is no big deal!! I will be looking for another dr and do not recommend this dr at all!! If you are to busy to see your patients in your office do not take them in!!!! Very disappointed and upset patient!!!

Called in for an appointment placed on hold a number of times, then had to give my information a number of times, all the while the two office staff I talked with were making it seem like I was in the wrong. I hung up, if I am going to get my nuts cut, and pay for it, then at the least I am going to get good service.
