Dr. Dan Hamid Moezzi, MD

I ATTEMPTED TO OBTAIN A PRESCRIPTION FOR AN ESSENTIAL MEDICATION, BUT THE OFFICE STAFF WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL! I DO NOT BELIEVE DR. MOEZZI WAS GIVEN MY REQUEST FOR THE PRESCRIPTION BY HIS STAFF. IF THE REQUEST WAS GIVEN, THEN DR. MOEZZI FAILED TO WRITE THE PRESCRIPTION. IN ANY EVENT, MY PHARMACY NEVER RECEIVED THE REQUESTED PRESCRIPTION. MY ASSESSMENT IS THAT DR. MOEZZI'S STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND UNCARING, AND DR. MOEZZI FAILED TO DEMAND COMPETENT PERFORMANCE BY HIS STAFF.

Just another primary care doctor that does not care about his patients.

Dr Moezzi has been my and my family Dr for several years and I would rate him along with his wife Dr Banikarim to be the best Drs in Alamogordo. They really care about their patients.

Dr. Moezzi and his wife, Kay are two of the best doctors in this town! Yes..I do think they are sort of starting to burn themselves out, too many patients scheduled in one day! The waiting time to see Dr. Moezzi when you have a scheduled appt. is NOT good but when you do see him it is worth the wait. However, I have noticed in the past yr. that he doesn't spend as much time with you. NOTE: If it was NOT for Dr. Moezzi I would still be sick, wondering what was wrong. I switched to Dr. Moezzi approx. 4 yrs. ago, he was very attentative, listened, ran tests, took very good care of me and still does. I have heard that the hospital nurses say his bed side manner is horrible but he took very good care of me. I would recommend this Doctor and or his wife! Yes..I agree they need to slow down on their scheduling a bit, cut the waiting time, maybe have better CNA's and EVERY appt. check vitals..BP, Oxygen, etc. AND slow down, utilize the computers in each room for record keeping. Over… all... GOOD DOCTOR.

Appears to be mainly interested in making a buck. Bases diagnosis and recommendations on your insurance or ability to pay. Twice he forgot about me in an exam room. Keeps poor records. Run do not walk away from this one.

What chance are you refering to? Go back to school real quick? Go chase down the person you just messed up and fix it,Become up to date with the rest of the medical field and help people. Learn that there are drugs that are in the world he can prescribe that help people not just what the salesman wants him to sell.
