I don't understand how this so called 'doctor' can be in practice. My self and my child have had the worst experience of my life. Please do not go see her if you have anything worse than a common cold. I wish we never stepped foot into her office because we are still paying the price.

The worst experience we ever had with a doctor EVER! The decline in my son's health while under her care is truly heartbreaking. Matthews is careless and sweeps issues under the rug. She lies and doesn't take responsibility for her poor actions. Truly Horrible.

I agree 100% with the previous review that stated D. Matthews has a horrific bedside manner. I don't think she'd be good at behind the scenes research either. She has limited knowledge and unwilling to investigate any issues a child may have that are not textbook and flat out refuses to make any kind of effort. After being treated so horribly my child is afraid to speak when doctors are in the room. I'm saddened by the way she treats patients and their families.

Horrific bedside manner albeit very experienced. She really shouldn't be working in a clinical setting - she'd be far better off working behind the scenes managing a clinic or researching.

Everything about our experience with Dr. Mathews was exceptional. She is caring, very knowledgeable, intelligent and compassionate. It is so rare to find a physician who is exceptional in all these areas. We love her and while, thankfully, do not need her level of expertise anymore, consider her a forever friend and "care-warrior" for our entire family.
