Dr. Arndt is nationally recognized for EEG interpretation and epilepsy diagnosis,. We will make sure you understand what the EEG is showing and what type of seizures or epilepsy you have.  We also frequently diagnose non-epileptic disorders or normal variant behaviors when EEGs are negative (behavioral staring spells, syncope, or sleep behaviors).  Whether it is selecting the right medication, or implementing a specialized diet, neuromodulation device (VNS, DBS, RNS), or getting patients to epilepsy surgery, we have over 3 decades of experience collectively at NAEC level 4 epilepsy centers in optimizing treatment and care plans.  We utilize the highest level …and most up to date video EEG technology.  Our pediatric-trained EEG technologists also have many years of experience at NAEC level 4 epilepsy centers and are able to set up EEGs effectively and safely in a nurturing fashion to minimize stress for even the most challenging patients.

-Seizures and Epilepsy

We provide specialized care for patients who have seizures and epilepsy, or are concerned their child is having seizures.  We see many second opinions for patients struggling to find an accurate diagnosis or effective treatment for their epilepsy. 

-Headache and Migraine

We understand the impact that chronic headaches and migraines can have on your quality of life. Our team specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of these conditions and provides individualized care to help you find relief.

-Tics and Tourette Syndrome

We evaluate children with concerns for tics or Tourette Syndrome, and refer for cognitive behavioral therapy or treat when indicated.  We also assess for common co-morbidities of ADHD, OCD, and other behavioral disorders.  Quality of life is a focus.  

-Developmental delays and Autism Spectrum Disorders

We evaluate children with concerns for developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder.  We evaluate for the etiology with neuroimaging and other testing when indicated, and any neurological or behavioral component that we can intervene on to improve that patient's or family's life.  We also offer state of the art genetic testing when indicated.  We refer to psychology, psychiatry, and other therapists.  Quality of life is a focus.

We evaluate children with concerns for concussion and head injuries, and provide comprehensive care for the sequelae such as post-traumatic headaches and seizures.
