The policy of this office not giving lab/radiology reports over the phone is downright obsurd especially when patients are waiting for time sensitive results . For instance had blood in my urine had a CT SCAN to find out kidney stones or worse possibly bladder cancer was told had to make an appointment to get results next appt was 3 weeks away. How do you make a patient wait this long for something as time sensitive as possible cancer result. Time to put patients first again . Will never go to this office again. Change your policy maybe you will save a life

The office staff is horrible.....noone knows what is going on. Try calling ...you would think there was one person sitting there under pressure...but nooo there r 5 girls.....noone answers the phones or returns phone calls. One dr.retired....so everyone is screwed. Oh and the drs. Let these nincompoops run the place.

The office staff is incompetent and have no care for Dr,. Kim's patients. They totally messed up a prior authorization for drug prescribed by Dr. Kim. The staff would not return my calls so I can no longer afford to take the correct medication for my condition.

the waiting room smelled like urine very bad,the ceiling tiles has old water stains not only in waiting are but in treatment rooms too.missing tiles in treatment room with exposed wiring,when i asked to use the bathroom i was shown a rest room that had urine allover the tiolet seat and puddles of urinne on floor near tiolet.second restroom was not available because it was out of order.i just sat in smelly waitron room wondering how did i end up here.

Don't waste your time with this moron. No evening hours, no Saturday hours, no website, no email for patients, no after-hours voice mail. He prohibits you from seeing another MD in his group. If you work, find someone else. One star because you can't give ZERO stars.

He has his on agenda. I never felt like he even listened to me.
