I have seen a number of cardiologist in the past few years none of them are as thorough as precise are as compassionate or concerned as dr. Couri very highly recommended

I have a congenital heart defect and I was at United hospital and the hospitalist refused to call my cardiologist when I was septic because he was an egotistical jerk. Well I ended up with pleurisy and my heart function dropped to 30%. He finally brought in Dr. Couri and he was awesome. He immediately contacted my cardiologist to get her opinion. He knew a person with a congenital heart defect was completely different than a person who had a heart condition as an adult like a heart attack. He even asked why the hospitalist didn’t call my cardiologist before he was called in. I was admired at 2am Sunday morning and got out the following Saturday night. I didn’t see the cardiologist until about 3pm Thursday. Thank goodness for Dr. Couri.

He asks questions, he really listens, he is smart, and he wants to help make you healthy. And, he has a great staff. I am so lucky to have the Couri staff taking care of me. In addition, they all have a great sense of humor.

Very thorough while examining you, and very thorough while explaining his findings and determining which steps need to be taken next. Also answers questions very thoroughly.
