Dr Ekaha has been very helpful through my journey which is almost 5 yrs. I have no insurance because of my husband being out of work. This is the second time in a year's time. The nurse just told me I couldn't get my medicine until I was seen again by Dr Ekaha. I don't like that I can't even talk to him about it. I can't afford the medicine ($700/mo w/o insurance) and I can't afford a doctor visit. I am really disappointed. I have no option but to quit taking the preventative medicine and hope the breast cancer doesn't come back. Not happy!

Dr. Ekaha and the York Cancer Center have been wonderful throughout the course of my mom's lymphoma treatment. We are very grateful to all the doctors and staff.

I was diagnosed with cancer and immediately was thrown into the world of appointments and tests and unknown territory. Dr Ekaha was more then willing to set down and explain it all as well as listen to my concerns and sometimes fears. If there is an easy path...he was the director!

This is a great doctor. He is very caring, kind and understanding. I'm 33 and when I found a big lump on my breast that was cancer, he set everything up for me right away. The chemo I'm on is great it shunk from 3 cm. to 1/2 a cm. after just 1 round of chemo. He doesn't rush through the appointments. He takes the time to talk and to get to know the people he is helping. He is my angel and I am blessed to have him as my doctor!

Dr.Ekaha is a top notch physician. I had my first visit with him on Wenesday he spent over an hour with me and my sister explaining my cancer diagnosis and treatment plan. Very compassionate and understanding best doctor I've see to in a while, I have see A lot of doctors the last month as I was in the York Hospital for 18 days. If more doctors were like Him the world would be a much better place! Staff is also very courteous and friendly!

Due to his incompetence my wife's recurrent breast cancer went undiagnosed for 6 months. She has suffered with pain every day this year. If you are a patient, find another doctor. It may save your life. It may be too late for my wife.
