Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Daniel Rubinstein received his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He went on to complete his internship in internal medicine and residency in ophthalmology at Rutgers as well, serving as chief resident of the ophthalmology program in his final year. After residency, Dr. Rubinstein was invited to pursue fellowship training in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Center for Facial Appearances under the mentorship of renowned oculofacial surgeon Dr. John McCann.
Dr. Rubinstein has extensive training and experience in a broad array of cosmetic and reconstructive facial procedures, focusing on eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital surgery. He is an expert in caring for patients with thyroid eye disease, having led several clinical trials investigating new medications treating this condition.
For patients interested in facial rejuvenation, Dr. Rubinstein offers expertise in the most modern and advanced techniques, such as …minimally invasive endoscopic brow lifts and no-scar eyelid surgery, including ptosis correction and lower blepharoplasty.
