Doctor Harley is a very kind Doctor. He truly cares about his pqatients. He always answers any questions you have and is very clear with his answers. I think Doctor Harley is a well respected man. I can't say enough GREAT things about Doctor Harley. I really do trust everything he says and I'm very HAPPY to have him as my Doctor.

I have not spoken to Dr. Harley, I've been told that his is very good doctor, I have been referred to him by my primary care physician. Unfortunately I'm unable to even get a return call from his office in order to be seen by him. I have tried 5 times to get a appointment for surgery that my doctor wants me to get, an it is a serious issue. Unfortunately his own office staff is so incompetent they can't return a call or schedule a appointment, therefore I must go an receive a referal to some other doctor because I need this surgery asap. An his office staff could care less.

Dr. Harley operated on me for lung cancer 4 years ago. He's the absolute BEST!!! He's kind, efficient and best of all, he knows what he's doing. His office staff is top notch. I would highly recommend him.
