Because of Dr Ikeda’s misdiagnosis, mistreatment, shortsightedness, and poor critical thinking abilities I have permanent damage to my lungs. He only looked to the obvious in diagnosing the problem. When treatment did not work he persisted in giving me more and stronger meds to treat the same. He did not really look to see why the meds didn’t work. Dr Ikeda did not look beyond what he thought was obvious and as a result I have permanent damage to my lungs. When the treatment he prescribed didn’t work He should have moved on to look for another cause to my problem. He did not. He continued to treat my problem with more and more of the same. Stronger and stronger meds. With no improvement. Dr Ikeda’s lack of critical thinking and prescription of the wrong meds caused my problem to flair up further and exacerbated the actual problem I have. The misdiagnosis and mistreatment as well as the lost of precious time has caused me to have permanent damage to my lungs and I will be affected the rest of my life!!!!!

Dr. Daniel Ikeda is a very knowledgeable Pulmonary Specialist. He is very personable and has always taken time to listen to my questions and concerns as a patient and give me accurate and professional advise in response. I would never go to anyone else in the Sacramento area as long as he is available. I would rate him 5-stars!

This heartless gem of a doctor refused to see me because my illness was too hard to treat, and would require too much follow up. His medical license should be revoked.
