Dr. Daniel Berger, MD

My family's experience with this doctor has been very poor. In our experience, the doctor does not listen to his patients and does not take the time to educate himself about how to refer patients to the proper specialist to get necessary care. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who requires a referral of any kind.

The problem is not with Dr. it is with the office staff! Who is responsible for hiring these people? You call there you have to go through all their prompt, you click on one and THEN you are put on hold. Today I stayed on HOLD for 86 min! and they still never picked up the phone! (I stayed on just to see how long I would be on hold) I was calling about an rx refill for my husband. Our pharm faxed them 2 day's ago with no response and this is not the first time so I wanted to talk to a real person well, I'm still on hold as I am typing this! This office would be a good place if not for the staff and this has been going on for at least 3yr's come on HR find this Dr. a staff that doesn't make him look bad! My husband goes there because he like's the Dr. but I never will nor will I recommend his office to anyone!

My experience with this doctor was when he was on call for my primary care physician. I called the hospital to get a hold of the on call doctor. The hospital paged him and he called me within 10 minutes. He was very compassionate, called in a prescription for my daughter and sent me to the lab with her (on a Saturday evening) so we didn't have to go through the ER. He talked to me on the phone while I was at the lab and let me know about the test results. I am very impressed with this doctor! A+
