DR. Caruso is a very caring, and brilliant physician. I have complete trust and confidence in Dr. Caruso

Dr. Caruso’s patient scheduling is overbooked. I’ve been a patient over ten years but decided to find another urologist. Rarely have I been called within fifteen minutes of waiting. Two hours wait time and more is the norm and that’s disrespectful to patients. The front office staff could care less if patients actually have lives. When I asked for a copay credit the lady never asked why and didn’t care. Dr. Caruso has too many patients scheduled at the same time. Office management is poor. I’m not going to be inconvenienced any more and that’s too bad because he’s a very competent physician. I’ve burned this bridge. Hopefully this practice will make major changes. No other medical practice I’ve been to treats patients with disrespect such as this one.

His doctor does not value his patients’ time. Patient’s wait hours and I waited two hours twice and still did not get the procedure. He over schedules and I don’t think it’s because he’s being kind to his patients.

Was not aware of Dr. Caruso visiting me in the emergency room after a bad fall so I must apologise for the bad things I had to say about him and Medicare. please ignore all I had to say earlier. Alan Rhoades

This doctor and the entire staff is just simply the best. I can honestly say that they are family. Each and everyone has gone way above to help my dad every single step of the way. A+ is not a good enough grade for me to give you.

I was a urology technician in the US Navy, and I consider Dr. Daniel Caruso an outstanding urologist who gives his patients the appropriate amount of time to resolve their urological issues.

Dr. Caruso removed a giant kidney stone for me when other urologists could not. He is very knowledgeable, very skilled, friendly, caring and very thorough. Dr. Caruso will take time and explain anything that needs to be done and why it needs to be done and all the alternatives. He is a doctor that is there for his patients. He was a Godsend for me. We are blessed to have a top tier doctor like Dr. Caruso in our area. The office staff was always friendly and helpful whenever I needed them. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Caruso for any urology needs.

Doctor is very nice and takes his time to listen. As for his staff, he needs to restaff his front office. They were rude and unfriendly. They wait time is also a problem.

Dr. Cause was phoned at home on Mother's Day after Jupiter medical center discovered a mass in one of my testicles. He immediately order more test and squeezed me in for an appointment. During my visit this young Dr. Spent a lot of time answering all my questions, and relieving my anxiety. He actually told me the night of Mother's Day , he was in contact with an Oncologist going over my test results and was able to give me a good account of what I was facing. Dr. Caruso then became my surgeon just three weeks later. Dr. Caruso seen me prior to and also after my surgery ,he said I will call you as soon as your pathology report is done. This young amazing doctor phoned me at my home on a Saturday, and took all his time explaining my illness, he even had me set up with a radiologist for that Monday. Dr. Caruso get 10 stars from me, his staff, gets another 10. Dr. Caruso most likely saved my life!

Office admin. staff is awful.

I like this doctor fine but unfortunately (I do not understand why people allow such rude lateness) 45 minutes in the waiting room 30 more in the exam room is unacceptable. The first visit was 1 and a half hour then when we went in they haft us for another 20 minutes. I left allowed them to reschedule. Second visit the same the third ... well my husband has severe Alzheimer's and so I was assured if I come in first thing (8:15 in the morning) he would be taken in as he can get upset swear and start wondering. Well we arrived on time and at 9:00 am (45 minutes) I simply said "this is not acceptable" asked them to refund my payment and am now looking for another doctor. There are so many maybe if we patients put out foot down and refuse to wait he might wake up earlier or arrive on time. How can a 8:15 am patient still gave to wait that long. please everyone just say NO! :)

In 2009, I went to the emergency room with pains in my abdomen. It turned out that I had a kidney stone. I was referred to Dr. Daniel Caruso, and thank goodness I was. He told me that there was a good chance that I would pass the stone. However, he made it a point to warn me, saying that if I came down with a fever or felt nauseous, I would need to go to the hospital immediately. Later that day, I came down with these exact symptoms. I was taken immediately to the hospital, where I stayed for 8 days with a severe infection, which was most likely sepsis. I know that if Dr. Caruso hadn't given me that crucial advice, my chances of surviving sepsis would have been slim. I most likely would have just stayed at home, thinking I had the flu. Because of his advice, I was able to receive life-saving treatment at Jupiter Medical Center in a prompt manner, giving me a huge advantage against the infection. Throughout my hospital stay, Dr. Caruso was there for me. He is such a kind and caring person. I will never forget his service.

Dr. Caruso has a wonderful bedside manor. Very professional in providing detail results, where you can understand what needs to be done. He takes his time in making sure his patients understand and to ask questions. I found Dr. Caruso to be compassionate, kind as well as having a sense of humor. If I were to have another kidney stone, I will be looking for Dr. Caruso to treat me.

Even though my wait to see the Dr. was longer than I thought it should be, the Dr. made up for it with his time he gave me. Is his a young guy, which I was taken back by, but he is truly caring and listened to every concern I had no matter how small it may have been. He showed that age has its own benefits, such as being very up to date with new technology and articles, which showed how much of a true genius this man is. I have to have surgery and I am glad I found him to take care of me.
