Dr. Daniel Joseph Donovan, MD

During a vacation in Hawaii, I fell significantly ill and ended up needing emergency brain surgery. Being away from home and faced with a lot of unknowns, I was very thankful to have Dr. Donovan support me before, during, and after surgery. He made time to answer my many questions before the procedure, did a fantastic job during the surgery, and came to check in on me every day after. His calm & thoughtful demeanor was incredibility reassuring during a very difficult period for me and my family. Dr. Donovan proved the kind of care that helped us get through this crisis. Dr. Donovan is only one of two Pediatric Neurosurgeons in our state. We are so thankful to have him here. He operated on our infant son with hydrocephalus. Our son had to spend a good amount of time in the hospital and Dr. Donovan was always there for us. He even came on the weekend and after-hours to check on our son when he was in the hospital to make sure he was o.k. He is definitely a treasure in his field. His patients are lucky to have him.
